Del Rio is great, and a thousand times better than what I had assumed was going to be Swagger randomly appearing and getting squashed.

And now he is the US champ.

Very surprised to see ADR back, and winning the title, as he is booked with AAA teaming with Rey Mysterio against Johnny Mundo (Morrison) and Brian Cage for their next few TV tapings.

The Lucha Dragons never really had an "official" debut, they worked Superstars for like 4-6 weeks then turned up on the main roster.

It's certainly a gray area, but the post-Mania Raw was treated like they had finally debuted.

Well, Del Rio is back.

Nice surprise, but I wasn't a fan of the execution.

Having Colter come out and cut a convoluted promo to explain why he's teaming with his arch nemesis was a poor choice. Having Del Rio pin Cena inside ten minutes with a signature move wasn't much better. Personally I would have preferred it if Del Rio's music had have hit, Cena/Del Rio work a nice competitive match with Del Rio laying Cena out for the decisive victory.

I didn't think much of the show. The main event was a ton of fun, but beyond that, it wasn't anything to write home about.

Fast forwarded Kane/Rollins and Owens/Ryback.

Del Rio is as boring as ever. Had the chance to give a young guy a rub but not to be.

Liked both the cell matches and thought the other matches were ok. Taker looked pretty good. Looking forward to hopefully Charlotte vs Sasha next rather than Charlotte vs Paige.

I like Del Rio, glad to see him back and I hope his run in the 'E won't be as lacklustre as his first run was. He has the potential for much more imo.

Didn't watch the preshow but apparently Cesaro stole the show again. Just brutal how this company treats great talent like him.

Reigns can't get over on his own so they use Ambrose to do it for him, pathetic. The lengths Vince will go to just to get his man over.

Just one word for all of tonight's matches - predictable. I think I guessed the winner of every single one of them before they even began.

So at Survivor Series I have

Team Wyatts vs Team Taker

Team New Day vs Team Dudleyz

Breeze vs Ziggler

Cesaro vs ADR

Owens vs Neville

Seth vs Roman

Paige vs Charlotte

I wonder who's going to be on team Taker. Maybe a returning Bryan & Orton? Maybe Sting? Ambrose?

Big Show will definitely join the Brothers of Destruction.

Why add Sting to that?

I wouldn't be surprised if Trips got himself involved (not that it makes sense. But it wouldn't surprise me.)

Old School Mankind could make a return (in the brown outfit and without the socko).

Furthermore, what match would they have? 8 big humans and with a semi decent back story, is going to require a hell of a battle, and one would hope it would intensify after the next PPV)

Or would you break it up into a few matches.

Bray v Taker
Kane v Strowman
The rest v the rest with interference from 2 people aligning themselves with each faction (1 each)

That would be cool.

Unfortunately Mick has officially retired. He was set to return in 2012 and work a program with Ambrose before doctors refused to clear him. All those concussions caught up to him and the WWE couldn't afford to risk his well-being.

WWE just signed a heap of Tough Enough alumni, as well as Rich Swann and Biff Busick.

While Evolve is basically a developmental for NXT, it's cool to see Swann and Busick to receive their shot.

For those that aren't aware, Swann is a charismatic high-flier, capable of some amazing feats of athleticism. Busick on the other hand is really gritty but knows how to put a match together. I'm unsure if Biff will be anything more than just a good hand, but his attention to detail puts him right up there with the best workers in the independents.

I wonder how long it will take for them to sign Ricochet? I've got my fingers crossed he'll stick with Lucha Underground but WWE would be stupid to ignore him (like they did last time).

I mean Ricochet is good but he's doing fine like you said in Lucha. And the WWE aren't exactly down high flyers.

An Undertaker team to face the Wyatt Family is immediately what I thought they were heading towards with the way Hell In A Cell ended (not to mention the ad for Survivor Series being all about the milestone event for him where his debut was on a Survivor Series team 25 years ago).

Maybe a special guest appearance from Million Dollar Man backstage for old times sake (saw him live here in NZ earlier in the year, not so mobile these days with what appears to be a dodgy hip so wouldn't go near the ring I imagine).

Given it's all big dudes in the Wyatt Family, they'll probably head the same way with Team Taker (Taker / Kane / Big Show / Ryback or something like that). Having said that I'd rather see some a bit of variety in the team, maybe Ambrose or a returning Bryan (both who have the Wyatt rivalries previously), hell even Cena would be fine with me. I doubt Sting will be in it, though that would be awesome (would he finally get that elusive first win!!!?)
Something out of left field like a debuting Baron Corbin would be pretty cool as well (kinda has the American Badass Taker vibe), although him being close to the smallest guy in that sort of match may not be so good!!!!!

Perhaps a Goldberg return could be on the cards. Someone sent me a link almost hinting at a return of the old roid rager.

I just cant see a new face being in the taker side.

Mark Henry
Kharma (aka Godfather)
Faarooq
The Great Kahli
Kurgan

f**k knows. I guess it makes a good guessing game, even if the matches look like they could potentially be shit
