It just doesn't make sense, why do this as we're getting so close to Wrestlemania and why do it on twitter? since when do WWE superstars make such announcements like this on twitter?

I know one thing, this raw will have epic ratings and Vince would be stupid to not somehow make a storyline out of it, as it is Wrestlemania is looking very bland.

It seems legit, he hasn't been cleared by wwe dr's and one leading Dr believed he could be at a massive risk of CTE, i highly doubt this is a work, it's weird timing, but doesn't seem like somethint they would play with.. It is wwe though.

It's his home town, and the announcement will bring in viewers to Raw in the lead-up to the Fast Lane PPV.

What he does next will be of most interest. The best use for him would most likely be as a trainer in NXT, but since he isn't based in Florida that makes it a bit difficult. Announcing is a possibility, but it is something he has said in the past he has little interest in. Another option is being a road agent / producer, but I'm not sure if there would be any vacancies there.

HHH calling him an A+ player on twitter seals the deal for me, had a great career, travelled the world and conquered against all odds.. forget the storyline, he was always fighting the odds with his size in a business where being a big guy gives you an instant advantage

will go down as one of the greats, probably retires and wrestles somewhere else

Sad about D Bry. The one guy in the last 5 years that was over as a babyface.

Besides that, it was actually a pretty decent raw.

Was hard to watch Daniel Bryan retiring. Was the only bloke in the last few years who didn't seem completely scripted.

A shame we won't be seeing him against the likes of Owens, Ambrose, Rollins, etc. At least it looks like they are starting to develop Ambrose in the right direction again.

They're building the Wyatts taking out all these monsters to plant the seeds for Lesnar/Wyatt. Wyatts take out Lesnar at Fastlane after a Wyatts vs Show/Kane/Ryback match earlier in the night.

They took the title off Ambrose to send him to the main event of WM32 with Roman and HHH making it a triple threat. It's the most logical choice and it gives WWE an out with Roman, while giving fans hope they'll send everyone home happy.

Or they'll build the seeds for a Lesnar Ambrose match after Fastlane.

It's hard to see them not doing reigns vs HHH at mania but I would love to see ambrose vs HHH. I think what cultures how wwe should book series proposed a pretty cool swerve for a fastlane with having ambrose win and as a result Regins lose it like he did at TLC take out ambrose and turn heel. Than have rock confront him on raw only for reigns to take him out too and than use a heel reigns to take on taker at mania and retire him( of course like with almost every wrestler taker can come back for one last match with cena). Regins retiring taker would generate nuclear heat for him and ambrose is already the top babayface with the fans anyway.

I like this scenario

For some reason WWE are obsessed with getting Reigns over as a face and refuse to turn him heel. This is a way more perplexing stance IMO than the one with Cena. At least with Cena their reasoning makes good business sense, he sells the most merch and the kids love him. Reigns on the other hand sells no more merch or is liked by a certain demographic no more than any other wrestler. He has the physique and the move set to be a monster heel and it would work. In a few years time he would be a successful face.

Ambrose dropped the title, makes Sunday more interesting.

Would love for Ambrose to go on and headline WM, but really, the way they've booked Ambrose recently has set him up to win and that can only mean.....

It's extremely unlikely to happen, and I really don't believe it's going to happen, but dear god if Ambrose wins at Fast Lane I'll be so f**king happy.

Word is that Vince wants Lesnar vs Strowman for WM32.

On the most recent WWE media conference call, HHH announced a new tournament for the Network, the Global Cruiserweight Tournament. It will involve 32 cruiserweight wrestlers from around the globe in a knockout format, mixing WWE contracted talent with names across the world.

More and more I'm liking the vision HHH & Stephanie have for the future of WWE.
