On the most recent WWE media conference call, HHH announced a new tournament for the Network, the Global Cruiserweight Tournament. It will involve 32 cruiserweight wrestlers from around the globe in a knockout format, mixing WWE contracted talent with names across the world.

More and more I'm liking the vision HHH & Stephanie have for the future of WWE.

That's what I've been trying to tell you guys - the King Of Kings rules.

All you need to do is watch NXT to realise he has a brilliant mind for the Business, This Cruiserweight thing seems interesting though.

From Cena's Twitter account: "Gamble: take risky action in hope of a desired result. Time to gamble I think. It's gonna be a risky next two weeks #LaceUp #nevergiveup"

Honestly hope he's fit for WM even though it's unlikely. He can have a great match with Taker and it's another big name that they desperately need.

Just watching main event. Didnt think it would happen but the Social Outcasts are growing on me. Good match against the New Day.

Network cancelled. The money isn't an issue, the product just isn't worth the time investment anymore.

Can catch NXT on Hulu and skim through the 90 min RAW if need be. Aside from that - meh.

I was really enjoying that main event but what a weak weak weak finish. A guy gets destroyed by chair shots then magically gets up delivers his moves and gets the 3 count. Piss off.

EDIT: And what's the go with the Wyatt family. The WWE build them up so much and crush them almost every PPV. This time to the Bigshow, Ryback and Kane... WTF is there to gain from that.

Absolutely nothing, which has me thinking the Award tomorrow will be a crock and end up being HHH or something like that.

Reigns no selling the chair shots was dumb booking and made for a poor finish. I really hope the ambrose lesnar thing continues to mania they work so well together and it would be a great way to have ambrose turn heel and get the win over lesnar. It would also give Reigns someone to feud with post mania. WWE really need to have someone beat lesnar because having him this unstoppable force has really booked them into a corner, him putting ambrose over at mania would legitimise ambrose as a main event talent. It's the best use of lesnar too as reigns beating him does little for reigns compared to what it would do for ambrose.

Ziggler and Owens had a good match as did AJ and Y2J and the main event was good despite the predictable finish. Apart from that the other matches were ok to average, the divas title match had its moments and it was nice to see Sasha banks get a PPV match. The Owens ziggler match was probably the match of the night and it is worth a watch as is styles jericho.

If you went into the show thinking that either Lesnar or Ambrose were going to win, you were always going to have a bad time. Reigns is their guy and they're going to do every trick in the book to have fans boo HHH, starting with the Vincent J McMahon award.

Otherwise...

Del Rio/Kalisto maybe one of the best pre-show matches of all-time. It should have been on the show proper ahead of that in-ring promo but still a quality match all the same.

Diva's tag was an interesting way to start the show and while it wasn't anything to write home about, it achieved what it set out to do. Sasha came off as a star, the story was consistent through out, a solid opener.

Owens/Ziggler was strange. Technically it was a good match, but we've seen it so many times that it just dragged on and on.

I skipped the six man tag but was also surprised by the result.

I thought Brie/Charlotte was a well laid out match with sub-par execution. It was fine, but a couple of spots were really sloppy and in a match featuring Brie Bella, it didn't help.

Jericho/Styles was a very good match with plenty of neat spots and counters. It's a weird one because we've seen Styles have so many great matches outside of the WWE that 'very good' doesn't seem to cut it.

At that point, I skipped to the main event where the Network glitched out and spoiled the result for it.

I couldn't be bothered watching it after that. Which is a shame because I heard some great things about it as a match.

The main event match was really good on replay. Everyone played their part to perfection, the only issue is the wrong guy went over.

Awful ppv main event result 310 in a row. Also, wtf on the wyatts losing? They made Strowman look like a beast in the rumble then get him thrown around by those old geezers..Seriousllyyyyyy.

Now that we have this shitty main event booked for Wrestlemania they actually get to work on a decent undercard.

The Giant battle royal (Last year they screwed it royally when Sandow didn't win it)
Styles VS Owens
Charlotte vs Becky vs Sasha
Calisto Vs Neville
Ambrose Vs Brock
Bray Vs Ziggler
Undertaker vs Rusev
New Day Vs Enzo/Cass Vs Dudleys Vs Harper/Rowan TLC

Lots of mischief from the Wyatt family
