In other news, it seems that carlisto, who is being regarded as the next Rey Mysterio, is being hooked up with a gay hair stylist gimic

Bryan won't turn heel, Reigns won't turn heel.

It's not as if you NEED heel/face in EVERY match.

Bryan loses to Reigns, shakes his hand gives him a standing ovation, Reigns goes on to WM.

As Bryan walks up the ramp Ziggler comes out and destroys him, and then asks why he didnt get a shot, seeing as he single handedly won SS, etc.

I hope not, Kalisto is an awesome talent. The issue isn't that he would be gay, but the fact that it will so stereotypical that it will be DOA.

The logic behind it is just stupid enough to be true from the WWE though. "Rey is gone, we need a new Latin star! Quick, let's make him a gay hairdresser, that'll get over for sure!"

f**k me - The Ascension suck.

They really do.

Neither of them have a singles run in them either. By this time next year they'll be either back in NXT or future endeavored.

Maybe they could have some nice Main Event feuds with other purgatory superstars not good enough for the main roster like Rowan and Harper.

They're not helped at all by being saddled with an obvious rip-off gimmick and then being booked in a totally different way.

If you want to have a Legion of Doom/Road Warriors knock-off, then maybe you need to book them as a threat. Having them squash nobodies and struggle with the few legitimate tag teams you have is just not a good way to get a monster tag team over.

The gimmick certainly hasn't helped, but I was quite meh on them in NXT as well. I just think they lack intimidation for the gimmick they're trying to sell.

Animal and Hawk were badass guys who walked down to the ring and then kicked your ass. These guys do the cliche roar and scream while not looking all that impressive and then they come down and cut uncharismatic promos.

Their finisher is awful as well, and that's a big thing.

A finisher like a Hi-Low can look devastating, but you need the right people to do it. Look at The Eliminators in ECW, their Hi-Low was brutal. But then again, John Kronus and Perry Saturn are much better wrestlers than Viktor and Konnor.

When can we expect Orton and Sheamus to return? Everyone was expecting them back at the Royal Rumble... looks like that's been thrown off

Orton has been doing dark shows... I honestly think, they have no idea for him, i sort of see him returning at Fastlane to set up a match with rollins at WM.

A couple of RKO's is a bit different to a full return though. They would need him back as close to 100% as possible before having him return to TV

I think Harper is pretty good - upper midcard good, IMO.

I agree.

My issue is that they are booked to be this badass team, and they do nothing in the ring to show it.

Cool entrance theme, though.

Their finisher is shiiiiiit.

And they have no look about them that makes me think, "Yes - they have 'it'."

I haven't seen the move for a while, but for a team booked to be badasses, I expected a more power-based move - perhaps the big guy powerbombing the opponent while the little guy hits a leg drop from the top rope or something.

But the Hi-Low is better, IMO, for smaller guys.

Can't agree with those saying Harper doesn't have a singles future. He's one of the best all round big men in the business. Guy is going places.

Rowan will be in TNA a year or so from now, though.
