Xbox 360 Game Recommendations?

Im going to buy an Xbox 360 in the foreseeable future and i have a shortlist of games i wanna get:

Red Dead Redemption
Aliens Vs Predators
2010 Fifa World Cup
Most recent FIFA game
COD4 Modern Warfare

Any other suggestions?

I would avoid Fifa 10 since Fifa 11 is coming out next month and most places still want over $70 new and $50 pre owned you might aswell just wait for the new one

Ordering games from the UK is a great way to save tons of cash

I have since bought (traded bioshock and banjo)

There are a ton of good games that set you back about $10 each, including

Definitely! Portal is one of the best time wasters I've ever played. I had no idea what it was when I got The Orange Box but WOW was I hooked almost straight away...

As far as good games to start with I'd always say COD(which flavour is totally up to you), GTA 4 & Red Dead Redemption. If you bought all three & played them till the end as well as online it would be a while till you needed something else.

I loved it....and Fallout 3... Those types of games have sooooo much potential...

Fallout 3 was a bit of a disappointment for me. I loved the first 2 fallout games and i thought the combat system ruined fallout 3.

a lot of fallout 1 and 2 fans didn't like fallout 3. i've heard many complaints, from not enough freedom, to not enough weapons, to not enough interaction... not enough quests... can't kill kids...

unfortunately i missed out on the first 2 fallouts somehow... but 3 rocked my socks off. i've since bought the old ones on steam and intend to give them a smash once i'm done with starcraft 2... which may be never at this rate.
