Just watched the press conference in full and one thing I love is the emphasis on hard work and making sure he players enjoy every moment.
Cb4 you said he is an asset and I couldn't agree more. I can only imagine what our players away on international duty are feeling and how excited they must be to get back to Melwood ASAP.
Also CB, you mention that FSG are exciting a big plan, can you elaborate any more information mate?

Yeh mate, no problem.
In my spare time I read a lot, and I have recently taken a keen interest Boston Redsox, more so than when they took over.
The similarities now, to what is happening with Liverpool are very similar.
The main thing is Money Ball, and how Klopp is actually very good at it.
I dont know if you have seen any of the graphics, but Klopp got Piszczek, Subotic, Hummels, Gundogan, Bender and Lewandowski for the same price we got Lallana and Lambert.
His head scout was very good, and I expect him to join us next year.
The off field movements though, that is where I can see the big plan happening.
Ian Ayre's contract expires in January, and there are rumours amongst some of out ITK' that he will move to Standard Charter as the C.E.O.
I have also recently found out that some of our owners are majority share holders in SC.
I have read that FSG want Cortese as the C.E.O of LFC.
Michael Zorc, the DoF at BvB, his contract is out in May, and there are rumours that he will link up with Klopp, as well as the head scout.
Zorc would take Ayres spot on the committee, and the scout (name eludes me atm) would take Michael Gordons spot.
The idea behind it, would be to have Cortese do C.E.O things, and Gordon just get on with FSG in running the club.
There are also rumours circulating that the owners want to take a bigger step back from operations, and employ someone on a full time basis to operate out of Melwood as there liaison.
The structure would almost be identical to BvB. This will also allow Cortese, as the C.E.O to do exactly what they want, and that is invest and make money for the club.
The structure of the committee would be identical to BvB. Klopp identifies a need, scout finds the players, committee discusses, Klopp has final say, Zorc gets the player.
If they pull this off, then it will slowly see us getting back to the LFC we know as fans we should be.
There was also an interview with Werner (he kind of bagged BR, which I dont agree with as they backed him) but he said that they had spent 300 million on 30 players, where as now they want to spend 300 on 15 players. They understand the need for youngsters, but now see the need for the finished product.
Also said that if we get back into the CL that they won't do what they did under Rodgers and build a squad, they will buy 3-4 marquee players.
A tweet was put out as well, from someone with a pretty good strike rate of knowings amongst Liverpool (@lfcglobe) that Sakho re-signed as he was told Rodgers would be sacked, as Sakho was exploring a way to buy out his contract and sign with Roma.
