Have to say I think this game has been lost in the first 25 minutes, as strange as that sounds.

I know that 8-6 should have us feeling happy, but the game was there to be won in the first 20 minutes and we couldn't score a second or third try. Storm won't play that badly again for a long time. We had to make them pay, I think Melbourne will gather their composure now and run over the top of us.

We really really needed to be focussed in the first half, I think we almost didn't know how to handle having so much ball. We expected an arm wrestle, but the Storm were shocking and we needed to have some killer instincts that we just didn't have.

I have to say that for an experienced player, Wes Naiqama is a pretty rubbish contributor.

It's lucky he's a good wide defender, because he does a lot of other really stupid things. Nice run over the sideline mate.....what is the game plan again? FIELD POSITION!!! NO MISTAKES!!! honestly, I might be nitpicking but it's those little one perrcenters (like the dropped ball from the drop out in the first half) that lose games.

If we didn't give away another penalty, or drop another pass this half we would win this game. Of course that's easy to say, but the aim has to be playing as close to perfect football as possible, unless we are inside the 30 - then take risks to score.
