Released to the Bulldogs. Frees up some more $$$$. Hopefully for Heighno. After seeing Laffranchi and Hoffman play last night the last thing we need is to lose another quality backrower!

O'Halloran could also shift to back row at a pinch ... he has the (lack of) pace for it
and NBQ has played in the halves before.

He didn't play very well, but the main thing is, he played there.

Imagine a backline of
1 - McDonnell
2 - Tuiaki
3 - Collis
4 - Lawrence
5 - O'Halloran
6 - Bradley-Qalilawa
7 - Morris

My goodness, Sheens would be salivating!

If we can get Carlaw, Bajouri and Langaloa back, we'll have the Sheens dream backline lol

Johnny Simon and Michael Buettner are also available to play in the halves.

Johnny Morris may have a fight on his hands there.

Im glad he is gone. He was not up to standard and didn't look like being a better prospect then Tagive, Ryan or Mcdonnell.

It wont affect the re-signings much. He was only on a one yr deal.

It makes you wonder why he was purchased in the first place when there is already Tagive, Tuiaki, McDonnell, Lawrence, Gallant already able to play wing, without mentioning the guys in the TYC.

And then with centres we have Collis, Halatau, Lawrence, and quite possibly Galea and Morris as well, backs certainly aren't an area that we're short in.

But we buy him anyway.

And then release him after 11 weeks without giving him a run in first grade.

What's the point?

Why didn't we just hang onto that money instead?
