1. Panthers (Won't win as many games but will still win comp)
2. Raiders (Players from 2003 have gainned experience to go further)
3. Roosters (Pressure on and off field will get to them)
4. Warriors (Have similar season to 2003)
5. Bulldogs (Lost a couple of players, new combinations will take time to gel)
6. Manly (Surprisingly bought well during the off-season. A new sense of vigger throughout the club)
7. Newcastle (Relying too much on Joey Johns. Will jag enough wins to limp into finals)
8. Tigers (Like Manly, have bought well during the off-season)
9. Broncos (Like late 2003, relying too much on Tallis, Lockyer and Webke)
10. Eels (Player exodus with Crusher will show in it's depth)
11. Cowboys (Similar season to 2003)
12. Dragons (Continue to slide down ladder)
13. Storm (Will loose too many close matches and that will show on the ladder)
14. Sharks (Still have Brett Kimmorley)
15. Souths (No hope, no plans, no chance)
