Rhyno - go home! or aren't you welcome on the Parramatta forum?
Still I suppose if you want some intelligent conversation you wouldn't be able to get any there!

Thought i'd liven up the place.

I come here sometimes for a holiday. Not much really happens. Its a slow pace but also less fighting. Most seem to get on and have logical conversations. And they don't rip into each other and abuse if have a different opinion. It is nice here.

I have not seen Rhyno post on the Parra forum thou.

Just out of curiosity Rhyno, do you post on other teams sites on LU as often as you do on the Panthers one?

I read the eels forum but rarely post in it except in game day threads

Soward was on the Big Sports Breakfast program yesterday.

A few points in his opinion.

Moylan back in training hoping to play fullback with maybe playing 5/8 middle of the year or next year.
Media is talking him up for the halves.

In Sowards opinion he is hoping for the dream combo of Moylan at fullback and him and Wallace in the halves for round 1.

He has recovered from back surgery and will be playing his 1st match in 3 and half weeks.

Rumours of him be released early are false and if Gould wanted him out it would have happened by now. If he has a good year he will go around again next year. He thinks he has 2 years left in the game.

Waqa Blake training well. Won't take 2 or 3 steps to wind up like last year. He is getting the ball and moving straight away. In Sowards opinion Blake could come off the bench due to versatility or as an impact player.

I listened to this interview yesterday, it was quite good. It sounds like Moylan wants a shot at the NSW fullback jersey this year before any move to the halves. It is encouraging to hear Soward say that Moylan does want the move to happen eventually.

Re the Waqa off the bench comment, part of his point was with the interchange changing we might see teams using their bench a bit differently and looking for a different make up. A big and fast guy like Waqa might play a part in that makeup. Personally I don't see it.

Nine News just did a piece on Wallace with him saying his knee is better than ever and the drama between him and Griffin is all in the past. They also said Moylan trained in the halves all pre-season.

I was under the impression Moylan was training in the Halves and at Fullback.
He said this last week.
Speaking to The Daily Telegraph on Tuesday about the positional situation, Moylan said: “I’ve run at both positions. I’m just eager to play footy, and whether that’s in the halves or fullback, I don’t mind because I just want to get back out there.

I love the fact Griffen has sent a clear message to the young players that he will pick them if there good enough. The inclusion of Cleary in a senior squad this early in his career is great. He is a least a year away from first grade .But has let him know he will pick him

As for the round 1 team unless there is a huge stand out in the trials I see Moylan fullback Wallace soward halves. The bench is the place we may see a few changes

Hopefully it is a sign of things to come in terms of giving young guys a go(more importantly young halves).
