That I missed. That makes Roberts loss hurt even more. Guess they'll be forced to play Zillman. Anyone know why Gordon called it quits? He isn't that old.

I can't see maguire taking 2 smaller players in cook and Carter on the bench, Carter probably has the inside running as he is more versatile and can play in the back row. He'll probably come on to give mcinnes a breather during the middle part of the game, then stay on to give one of the back rowers a rest. Grant probably takes the open bench spot as maguire likes his big boppers on the bench

i reckon cook will start and carter will be on the interchange. mcinnes in reserve grade at this stage

Wests Tigers
Manaia Cherrington & Joel Edwards -> IN, Delousie Hoeter & Ava Seumanufagai -> OUT
(Lawrence to centre, Naiqama to wing, Ballin to lock, Edwards & Cherrington to bench)

Ava seumanifangi will be one of the first forwards picked every week

Lawrence will never play center again. Taylor picked Lovett, Milone and Hoeter there over him this year. For 2017 4/5 better options than all of those guys

Ballin won't play lock

Agree cherrington and Edwards will likely be somewhere in the side.

Tom Symonds will not start. Jamie Buhrer and Blake Leary both saw more action then him last season.
Matt Parcell is likely to star imo.
The team has many better props then Luke Burgess. Will be surprised if he sees a lot of play. Liam Knight is more likely then him to be on the bench.

Are you a warriors man? If so, I wouldn't bag the Tigers depth. Your club has teams that can dominate lower grade comps, but do they make the step up to NRL very often?

On paper the Tigers look weak in the depth department for 2016, not sure what that has to do with the Warriors in past years throwing kids into first grade before they're ready or how that somehow degrades their depth for next season.

Most look pretty set mate, maybe a couple changes i would make tho.

Brisbane Broncos
Josh McGuire -> IN , Caleb Timu -> OUT

Canberra Raiders
Kurt Baptiste -> IN , Jordan Rapana -> OUT (Leilua to centre, Waqa to wing, Baptiste onto bench)

Cronulla Sharks
Jayson Bukuya -> IN , David Fifita -> OUT (Prior to bench, Tagataese/Heighington to prop)

Gold Coast Titans
Im a Ash Taylor fan and him at #6 with Roberts on the bench appeals to me.

New Zealand Warriors
Jeff Robson & David Fusitua -> IN , Jonathon Wright & Solomona Kata -> OUT (Robson to 5/8th, Lolohea to centre, Fusitua to wing)

Parramatta Eels
John Folau & Clint Gutherson -> IN , Ryan Morgan & Bureta Faraimo -> OUT (Moeroa to bench, Ma'u to secondrow)

Penrith Panthers
Dallin Watene-Zelezniak -> IN, Waqa Blake -> OUT

St George-Illawarra
Eaun Aitken & Russell Packer -> IN, Peter Mata'utia & Jake Marketo -> OUT

Wests Tigers
Manaia Cherrington & Joel Edwards -> IN, Delousie Hoeter & Ava Seumanufagai -> OUT
(Lawrence to centre, Naiqama to wing, Ballin to lock, Edwards & Cherrington to bench)

John Folau won't be anywhere near First Grade unless we have unavailable players.

With that said, Dugan & McGregor have both said that he will be at centre, so most likely Mann would go to fullback and Aitken drops to Reserve Grade.

It was more trying to balance out Attack and Defensive specialists in that Warriors side, I can see them scoring plenty of points but that is no good if they are leaking just as many. It's a big concern of mine so I've left Konrad out on purpose.

If you're worried about attack/defence balance in the Warriors backline you'd be far better off playing Leuluai or Robson at 5/8 (both good defenders) and moving Lolohea (who can defend) to centre. Partner him with an attacking centre (an in-form Hurrell picks himself).

Almost perfect. Just put B Lawrence in at 15 instead of Burgess. Possibly Buhrer instead of Symonds....

Titans are in trouble... That backline is ordinary to say the least. They really need Elgey to become the next DCE or Cooper Cronk.

McInnes on the bench. Madge won't drop him to reserve grade.

I wouldn't be shocked if Turner starts in the back row either as he's one of Madge's favourites.

I have Grevsmuhl starting in the back row but Madge may use him off the interchange.
