Brian May - any man that can make his own guitar out of a mantlepiece and a motorbike and become as successful as him should be deemed a God! This, along with the choice of 'pick' he uses (a penny) makes his sound unique. You hear his guitar sound and you instantly know its Brian May.

James Hetfield - he plays the guitar in a uniquely different way which gives Metallica their distinctly recognisable sound.

Tommy Emmanuel - classic

Rob Trujillo - I know he plays bass, but its still a guitar.

id have to throw john butler into the mix, sure he can be a bit prenetious some times, but his talent on the guitar is unquestionable, if youre still not a beleiver you just have to listen to ocean
