Really?

Sorry, 2004 but it's not hard to lose track of his injuries. You'd be kidding yourself if you thought he was guarenteed of playing the entire season.

1. EELS- still have a very strong side and could go very well.
2. BULLDOGS- if injuries treat the dogs fairly, they could reign again
3. COWBOYS- should continue to make their mark and maybe take the next step this yr
4. BRONCOS- hopefully a restruction and if lockyer hits some form they could easily become one of the most feared sides
5. TIGERS- now their squad has some big time experience, more improvement should occur
6. SHARKS- if kimmorley can hit so form and there is harmony with the side, they could beat any side on their day with kimmorely running the show, ross leading from the front and Albert and Vagana striking out wide.
7. DRAGONS- who cares...
8. ROOSTERS- should be able to refind some form if not finch could bear the brunt of the scurtiny.

9. SOUTHS- should improve alot but wont make the top 8, its all about taking small achieveable steps
10. CANBERRA- pretty poor squad and should miss the top 8, maybe even lower
11.KNIGHTS- they will be down here if joey gets injured otherwise a top 8 appearance is not out of the question
12. MANLY- i dont know what to think, they have their on and off days
13.STORM- orford leaving will hit them hard and they will lose alot of creativity. they will only make the 8 if gower heads down there or cronk proves me wrong.
14. PANTHERS- too much disturbance in pre season with john lang recieveing the royal screw job, the gower scandel and talk that players are unhappy that big tony got the captancy.
15. WARRIORS- i expected them to make their mark this yr, but the salary cap scandel threatens to sink their season before it begins. they might be the first side in 98 yrs to start the season on a negitive number, which will be more then likely -6.

Jono: Looking good for a thing done on paper but games are never won on paper but your ratings are a lot better then Daley's

just 1 point

Parra's depth should be 9.5 looking at the trials this weekend in Premier League the side that ran out was

1 Joel Reddy
2 John Williams
3 Ash Graham

4 Kris Inu
5 Jarryd Hayne
6 John Morris
7 Jeremy Smith

17 Blake Green
18 Etu Uaisale
19 Junior To'o
20 Junior Paolo
21 Aaron Wood
22 John Frith
23 Tony Parmatangi

Hightlighted players have played at least 1st grade.

Tomorrow in 1st grade the team will be
1 Wade McKinnon
2 Luke Burt
3 Ben Smith
4 Timana Tahu
5 Eric Grothe
6 Brett Delaney
7 Tim Smith
8 Nathen Cayless

Anyone who DOESN'T have Newcastle in their top 8 is kidding themselves
Agreed. We are long overdue for a relatively injury-free run. If that happens, we WILL make the 8.
