gonna be a long year but if the team gels and some of those new buys play to the potential and not get injured could be some surprises.

Well we can assume a half would be signed with Cooper Cronk and Quade Cooper coming off contract. Cronk was apparently on 350K and would want atleast 500K on the open market which Melbourne could not afford so we would have to be a chance there aswell as Quade who the Wallabies were reluctant to pay over for him six months ago and i doubt to much will change there unless they win the world cup.

Our forward pack is pretty strong and If i was the club i wouldnt be investing big money there. Signning bargin deals like Webb and Matuia is all we might need esp with guys like OHanalon comming though.

We probably are short a strike centre and a half, if they can aquire the services of those two during 2011 then 2012 will look a whole lot better.

Thats a good point. Webb would likely be better if partnered with Mannah.

Interesting our once outstanding backline that we've had over the past 4 or 5 years is now just a rabble sadly. Other teams would have died for our backline in previous years, for 2011 ours is probably better than Cronullas but that's it.
