Spot on.I think he is literally trying too hard to create something every time he touches the ball. He needs to become more selective with his options and not try to offload as often.
The coach should’ve fixed this issue ages ago. I don’t think there’s another centre in the game with so many mistakes from forced passesSo over that no look flick pass that he does EVERY. SINGLE. f**kING. TIME.
Always good for a drop ball or 5 and is an absolute coach killer.
Yep throw in Bird , Kerr , Rav , head highs , sin bins , the no variation in attack , defense ( leaking like a sieve ) whole team has no direction and if Hook says there were positives come out of that game the guy is a shot duck ......So over that no look flick pass that he does EVERY. SINGLE. f**kING. TIME.

Zac need's to watch some (make that a lot) of replays of the best flick past centre there has been , Matt Gidley, his combination with Timana Tahu was not unlike Zac & Rav but the massive difference was Gidley was very selective when he used the flick not every play that Zac tries to do. Does he have ability - yes but he needs a massive reality check and someone needs to sit him down & explain the current reality. IMO its not too late to bring him back to earth & focus on his strengths & when they need to be delivered. So over that no look flick pass that he does EVERY. SINGLE. f**kING. TIME.

To be fair to the guy, I don't recall too many opportunities for a classic draw and pass. Usually by the time the spine has telegraphed their big backline movement, poor old Zac and Rav are milling about aimlessly with half the defensive line like they're waiting for the shops to open on Boxing Day.
Having said that, taking the tackle rather than sending it into row eight would be a good option sometimes too.
Often a conventional pass from Lomax would put Rav on the go forward anyway. Also Rav could come inside occasionally. It's sooooo predictable. The attack on the other side of the field is completely one-out. Passing from centre to winger is non-existent.I'll agree with you to a point but there's many times Lomax could draw and pass as well. He seems to have a one track mind, if he get's the ball attacking close to the line he always takes the same option no matter what's happening with the defence, pass the ball to Rava, preferably without looking to see if Rava is actually there. Many times, even a few this year he could have got Rave over if he'd only been more careful with the pass, he doesn't have to do the no look or wild flick every time. 1 try and 1 try assist this year and 3 or 4 bombed.
When he jumps for the high ball he rarely looks for the ball just flails wildly in the general direction he thinks the ball is to try knocking it back and usually knocks it on instead. If he timed it better and kept his eye on the ball he could catch them more often and maybe score.
Also he's slow for a modern centre especially at only 22 years old - he seems a lot older. Parra killed us with speed yesterday, Opacic, Penisini, Brown, Blake. Taking Amone and Sloan out when we're already missing Ramsey was just dumb.
You are right though about our centres and wingers waiting for the 304 to Circular Quay. That's what happens when your hooker is a geriatric and your forwards are getting smashed.
Yes as for Suli I thought yesterday was one of his better games for us but as you say the ball just doesnt go past him....something he needs to get out of his game.....unfortunately reminds me of Aitken with his no passing out wideOften a conventional pass from Lomax would put Rav on the go forward anyway. Also Rav could come inside occasionally. It's sooooo predictable. The attack on the other side of the field is completely one-out. Passing from centre to winger is non-existent.
