Im still in shock... I dont care what happens in the SB, a team missing it's MVP level qb, their HOF level LT, a pro bowl level MLB and their 3RB and return specialist shouldnt win the super bowl, they should even get there
but here we are.

Pats should win this and if they dont it's a choke job. But nothing can take today away and nothing will convince me with JP and Carson Wentz we aren't comfortably the best team in football. A golden era of philly football is coming

And Foles is getting the job done.

Will be hard to beat them when they receive zero penalties on offense and especially defense. You can bet your bottom dollar the eagles will get flagged for dpi at least 3 or 4 times with a couple extending drives leading to tds.

I agree. I thought the Jags would challenge and maybe win, rather than the cannon fodder that most thought they'd be.

Strong defense is the best way to beat New England. But you've got to be able to score points.

I don't think the Eagles will be able to score more points then the Pats. And I dare say the coaching staff will break down the Eagles defence successfully. The Pats are an organization built for these sorts of challenges.

The Eagles might not be favourites, but they're a big chance. Closer than they'll be given credit for.

This team is awesome, I love this team. If they can pull off one more amazing upset that’d be great but to me, this is just fun.

Pats can go and hoist another banner. If they do, good for them, but maybe they won’t, maybe Nick lights it up, maybe we can get some turn overs. Any given Sunday. I’ve never had my team in a grand final in all my adult life, the only time it’s happened was 94 when I was 6 with Canberra. I’m content. Whatever, this has been the best sports ride of my life.

2002 to 2005 was incredible and that team will always have a special place for me. This team is different. They’re beyond special.

I’ve never rewatched the last SB I refuse to even watch the highlights along with the other NFCC games. I have a feeling even if we were to lose this one I would watch it again.

I have all the confidence in the world in Big Balls Dougy P to pull it out. He certainly won’t be taking a knee with a minute to go in the half.

It’s not ideal missing all those key guys...

But you need to make hay while the sun shines.

As good as you guys have been this season you just never know when you’ll be back again.

I remember 2 years ago watching Carolina steamroll their way into the SB thinking with that defence and with the league MVP changing the game at QB... these guys were going to dominate for the next 5 years...

They haven’t looked close to the same since then...

The league just changes so quickly...

We all assume that with Wentz back next year and hopefully the following 10 years that they will get another chance or 2 but in life, shit happens.

Maybe Wentz doesn't come back until November next year at which stage we are 4-4

Maybe he does a RG3 and is never the same again (I bloody hope not)

Maybe he is MVP quality again but we have other injuries or key pieces missing

Maybe the teams around us improve

Maybe we finish 11-5 instead of 13-3 and have to play road playoff games

The fact is, 13-3 seasons for teams not named the pats and the steelers are generally few and fair between let alone being the 1 seed and home field advantage.

The team is there now, Foles seems to have found his niche in the offence and the defence is taking care of business.

This Pats team is far from the best of their 10 SB teams and if Blake Bortles can nearly beat them at Foxborough then Nick Foles damn sure has a chance on neutral footing.

I know Nick87 is full “non-mozz mode”, but they are definitely legit.

They’re good across the board.
