If any Newcastle fan is seriously expecting them to win, they have rocks in their head. Every person is the Raiders team, bar McCrone, is easily better than their Newcastle counterpart (taking into account where the backs will play).

1. Dugan >>>>> Gidley
2. Monaghan >>> McManus
3. Croker >= MacDougall
4. Mogg >> Sa'u
5. Vidot >= Uate
6. Campese >>>>>>>> Rogers
7. McCrone < Mullen
8. Tilse >> Cross
9. Waddell (when starting) >= De Gois
10. Shillington >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Tolar
11. Picker > Taia
12. Harrison >> Paterson
13. Miller >>> Taufua

14. Mataora >>>>>>>> Hilder
15. Thurling >>>>> Naiqama
16. Learoyd-Lahrs >>>>>>> Fa'aoso
17. Logan >>>> Kaufusi

18. Galea > Nobody

Even with his bad attack, Campese will have no problem ripping through the Knights defence.

Halftime
Raiders 52 Knights 0

Fulltime
Raiders 86 Knights 0

Tries: Dugan 3, Vidot 3, Mataora 2, McCrone 2, Monaghan, Campese, Croker, Waddell, Picker. Goals: Croker 13/15.

I don't go for either side but the bolded part is a ridiculous statement :lol:

Regarding the Toyota Cup game, Newcastle scored a try in the 63rd minute. A Newcastle player is clearly seen standing with one foot on the corner post and the other in touch. The same player is using his hands and body to stop another Newcastle player from going into touch whilst putting the ball down over the line. Furthermore he had one of his hands on a Raiders player and was trying to push him back infield.

What's the rule here? Can a player that is in effect standing outside of the field of play still interfere with play? As far as I am aware he shouldn't be interfering with defenders either.

lol, this happens all the time on other parts of the field where a winger or centre is about to go into touch and his mates push him back in. it's play on unless the ball carrier goes into touch. the touch line isn't like an electric fence, lol. you can't "pass it on" to the ball carrier.

Rivalry round, how did we get matched up with the Raiders.

Do the NRL schedulers just read this forum and the convos between Skeepe and the Knights members?

TLL promoted to starting prop, good move since Thurling and Mataora are on the bench.

Shillington!

Best thing I've ever seen on a football field!

Furner looks pretty furious though :lol:
