Thread used for all talk on the PPV.

Rumoured match at the moment is RAW (John Cena, DX) vs SD! (King Booker, Rey Mysterio and Batista) vs ECW (Big Show, RVD and Sabu)

Don't think that match will go ahead though because that would blow the DX vs Edge and Orton fued out the window.

For the first time in Survivor Series history, matches to the annual pay-per-view will be announced exclusively on WWE.com.

The match announcements will begin this Tuesday at 3 p.m. ET. New matches will continue to be announced everyday at the same time for one full week. By 3 p.m. next Monday, WWE.com will have announced seven matches.

So be sure to be right here at WWE.com everyday to see what matches the RAW and SmackDown Superstars, as well as ECW Extremists, will be involved in.

Just remembered something rey is meant to be on the smackdown team for survivor series yet on last weeks smackdown he said his knee is buggered and he is meant to have an operation on it so you would imagine rey wont be on the team.

So who is going to replace him or will he recover in time????

In a shocking announcement, the brash Mr. Kennedy told WWE.com today that he has challenged Undertaker to a match at Survivor Series. According to Kennedy, Undertaker is ruining his life and he wants to stop the trouble once and for all. The Deadman is aware of the challenge, and sources tell WWE.com that he will address the issue this Friday night on SmackDown.

To his credit, Kennedy has had his share of trouble with the Deadman in recent months. When Kennedy claimed that he was too good for SmackDown and had beaten everyone, General Manager Theodore Long made a match for him against Undertaker at No Mercy. Kennedy was victorious by disqualification at No Mercy, but the Deadman left him beaten in the ring after a vicious Tombstone Piledriver.

But that wasn’t the end of it. Days later, while Kennedy was defending the United States Championship against Chris Benoit on Friday Night SmackDown, Undertaker’s signature gong was heard. This flustered Kennedy and distracted him long enough for Benoit to capitalize and defeat Kennedy for the gold.

After another altercation and some chicanery involving Montel Vontavious Porter, a match was made pitting Kennedy & MVP against Undertaker and his brother, Kane. This time, the Deadman got his revenge on Kennedy; after trying to get counted out and disqualified during the match, the brash Superstar fell victim to another Tombstone, one that gave the reunited brothers a victory

the reuniteing of the hardy boys!and a entrnace to the main event for CM PUNK

At Survivor Series, WWE fans will see a reunion, an extreme first and an inter-brand showdown all in the same match when a team co-captained by D-Generation X meets a team co-captained by Edge & Randy Orton in a 5-on-5 Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Match.

The two teams of co-captains have been at each other’s throats for weeks, with Edge & Orton trying to end DX’s reign of terror on RAW. They were successful at Cyber Sunday thanks to special referee Eric Bischoff, but Shawn Michaels & Triple H responded by costing them the World Tag Team Championship the next night on RAW. Now, at Survivor Series, the two teams will add three partners and do battle in a Classic Survivor Series Match.

Both quintets will be made up of Superstars from all three brands. Along with HBK and The Game, Team DX will be made up of RAW’s Jeff Hardy, SmackDown’s Matt Hardy and ECW Extremist CM Punk; meanwhile, Edge & Orton’s squad will be rounded out by Intercontinental Champion Johnny Nitro, Cruiserweight Champion Gregory Helms and ECW’s Mike Knox.

Actually that SS match is quite good.

Solid card so far.

Kennedy vs. Taker
Chavo vs. Benoit
Batista vs. Booker T
DX vs. Rated RKO

With more matches to come this could possibly be the PPV of the year, thoughts?

Then again this could all be ruined if K-Fed vs. John Cena happens...

Good to see a traditional Survivor Series match on the card, and particularly so because it has CM F'n Punk in it! The Smackdown additions to the card look promising. Batista vs. King Booker should be a decent slugfest, Benoit/Chavo will be a clinic, and the Kennedy/Undertaker match will be a perfect advertisment as to why creative control is evil

BENOIT AND PUNK on the same show =

I hope Punk busts out the pedigree in front of Hunter, that would be highly amusing.

bit of detail behind the match that panther power revealed

RAW, SmackDown and ECW will collide in the second inter-promotional Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match of the annual November spectacular. Team Cena, led by the WWE Champion will square off with Team Big Show, led by the ECW Champion in a match combining some of sports-entertainments hottest rivalries.

John Cena and Big Show have unfinished business dating back to the Champion of Champions match at Cyber Sunday. Both men were unsuccessful on that night, falling short to King Booker. The distaste between the two has only grown since. At Survivor Series, the two dominant Champions will look to add another chapter to their budding rivalry.

Cena’s team will include ECW’s Rob Van Dam and Sabu and SmackDown powerhouses Lashley and Kane. Van Dam and Sabu have an extensive history as a team, as well as extensive rivalries with Big Show. Both will continue to grow on the road to the Extreme Elimination Chamber at December to Dismember. Survivor Series will provide another opportunity for them to soften up the ECW Champion before the gruesome holiday pay-per-view.

The extreme giant will anchor a team that includes RAW’s Samoan Bulldozer Umaga, SmackDown’s Finlay and Montel Vontavious Porter and ECW’s wrecking ball Test.

Umaga and Montel Vontavious Porter have been engaged in separate but equally intense rivalries with the Big Red Machine Kane. Umaga has had Kane’s number so far, scoring consecutive victories including decisive wins in a Loser Leaves RAW match in September, and a recent run-in at Cyber Sunday. Kane has been taking out his frustrations at his new home on SmackDown, where he has repeatedly battered the cocky M.V.P. At Survivor Series, the rivalries will continue.

Finlay and Lashley will collide again at Survivor Series. The hatred between the angry Irishman and the hard hitting Lashley has spanned the better part of this calendar year, with countless battles unfolding at SmackDown arenas all over the world.

But, alas, highly unlikely. The Pepsi Plunge is a mile better than the Pedigree anyway. I'm just glad to see him getting a push after Triple H and Vince McMahon both rubbished his wrestling style. Given their respective talents, it was borderline offensive.

The Spirit Squad v Flair, Piper, Rhodes & Slaughter with Arn Anderson at Ringside has been added to the card.

So that makes it:

DX, The Hardys & Punk v Edge, Orton, Helms, Nitro & Knox
Cena, RVD, Sabu, Kane & Lashley v Bigshow, Umaga, MVP, Test & Finley
The Spirit Squad v Piper, Flair, Rhodes, Slaughter w/ AA
Chris Benoit v Chavo Guerrero
Batista v Booker T
Undertaker v Kennedy
