RUGBY league legend Reg Gasnier has passed away just one day short of his 75th birthday.

The former St George Dragons centre and rugby league Immortal died in the Miranda nursing home where he has lived for several years.

While I never had the honor of watching Reg Gasnier play, my dad tought me about his greatness. We have truly lost a legend of the game and a legend who wore his jersey with pride. RIP Puff. Your legacy will live on.
