Neil Henry -> New Dragons coach. Could even be before the year is out.

that's been gaining momentum from guys like The Mole, the Lurker & various News Ltd & Fairfax journalists, do you have a source ?

When you mention "before the year is out", do you simply mean calendar year ? I suppose that would be November 1 as the Titans have said he's welcome to move on ( with no hard feelings )

Wicks was a crap player before his legal troubles. I doubt much has changed at all.

Ordinarily, I'd agree - but in this case, Wicks has shed 20kg, and will undoubtedly want to impress to finish off his jolted NRL career.

From the club's perspective, they get a bloke who is clearly focussed and committed (as evidenced by his weight loss and desire to have another shot at NRL footy) and he would come cheap.

Low risk, but a high potential reward - Wicks isn't going to displace any of our First Grade props unless his form is that good.

Sorry but he could lose 40kgs and still would be crap. Add in his off field issues, which are far worse than say Carney or Dugan's (for example) and I think this could be a bad signing. I know the Eels need depth in the forwards but this one, to me, reeks of desperation.

I don't rate him, but he's being looked at as a depth signing.

He won't get a go ahead of Mannah, Junior Paulo, Lussick, Gower, Terepo or young guns like Tanginoa, Pauli Pauli and Alvaro.

I think Arthur is interested because he's cheap and he's likely to offer a good attitude after having been in prison.

Clearly our team is going shit, but at least we can always say we don't have Danny wicks. An absolute scum of the earth wanker.

No chance the Roosters let him go. Who else would play in the halves if either Maloney or Pearce went down?

Doubt Mortimer is silly enough to head to a side desperate for cover, when he can wait to sign for another side with more guarantees of a starting role 2015 and beyond.

You're effing joking aren't you???? Remi f**king Castoff would handled it with ease and win the Clive Churchill in the GF to boot!
