It seems like Reece Robinson is coming to Souths I have heard. Should be announced in the next week.

I'm happy I think he's a solid signing and could play very well under Madge.

Considering Champion is leaving, Merritt retiring and Tuqiri I think will retire. Reddy isn't the best either. He's signed for next year.

Robinson and Goodwin would be competing for a wing spot.

He adds needed depth.

He has been a bit average this year but if Maguire could get him back to last years form he would be a very good signing. Instant replacement for Inglis when he is out at the back as well.

Robinson has been undervalued, there have been players persevered more with when their form has lapsed that are not as talented

The Raiders persevered with the heartless f**k for 18 months, not sure how much longer you wanted them to go on with it to be honest

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I'd like to see him in a team that knows what they're doing

This rumour was doing the rounds in dogs circles for a few weeks so not really surprising but still a long way till 2016

They can have Aku & Princess Darius, hands off the other 3

Honestly I couldn't care less if they took Chanel or Pat either. Losing Sione would be a massive kick in the guts though.

Seriously, what's even the point in investing in junior development when the scummy rich clubs just come along and buy whatever squad they want anyway?

Give Sione Aku's money, problem solved, I'd rather Sione then Aku at this point in time

If we can't even keep our best juniors than we might as well pull all funding from junior reps and just throw paycheques around left right and centre. There's just absolute no reward at all for producing juniors

People do realise they're from the Canterbury-Bankstown district right?

No?

I do feel for Newcastle but these are kids who were born in the Bankstown area and played junior footy there in fairness to the Dogs.

Trust a Rorters fan to grasp a tenuous link. If you had signed them we would hear how they went to Bondi beach once, so obviously belong at Easts

The raiders have gotten to that point too.

The bulldogs/roosters type clubs will destroy rugby league nurseries. It's a certainty. They are a bigger cancer on rugby league than any other code.

So f**ked up... we've watched the club nurture these brothers for 5+ years in the juniors. The competition is horribly broken.

Clubs have to have some form of help , or do we all have to be a doggie /rooster

Great news. Sione looks a gooden. Chanel looks promising too in my books.

Long way to go till 2016 though.

Hopefully with a prem this year!

Are you f**king kidding me? They've been at the Knights/in Newcastle since they were children. They've played every grade there. It's not about where they were born, it's about what club invested the time and resources to develop them and look after their well being. I know for a fact that the club helped their mother and other siblings get and keep a house FFS.

The NRL is horribly broken, but I can't see a Roosters supporter understanding why in this case...
