He played his best footy with Souths.

I think he's a solid player and Madge would get a lot out of him.

Madge already had a go and found him ineffectual and lazy. Not sure how he has gone at Wigan but his time at the Tigers last year would not have changed his mind.

Even Ben Lowe offers more, I need to throw up now.

If he gained a few kg's and kept the aggression he had in his Souths playing days he'd make for a decent prop. Still only 26 so he could ply his trade in the front row. I am a fan of Eddy's though.

Looks alot better than Burgess, Burgess, Grant, Burgess, Tyrrell, Neale.

Plus it would also mean we wouldnt have to rely on guys like Clark, Lowe and Grevsmuhl to play out of position and weaken our defense

Well he's had a stint in the UK maybe he's turned a few corners. He IS a very hard runner and can hit a hole especially on the edges.
I like him. Could be another Jeff Lima or Sam Moa.

I think the Burgess article is bs.There is no British Lions team even picked till 2017,Sam went back with the goal of making the England side for the 2015 world cup and it was always going to be a long shot,even Sbw had a couple of years playing rugby in France and a season of super 15 before making the All Blacks.That doesnt necessarily Sam will come straight back here if he doesnt make that team,he would only played 4 or 5 games of rugby so not long enough really to prove one way or another whether he will make the grade in rugby union.
