People can say what they want about Jennings but his absolute class in both attack and defence. I hope his in our plans for as long as his playing like he has been, worth every cent for mine.

Yes Jennings is class, especially in defence. I feel that once our halves are settled (2017: Norman and Gotho, 2018: Norman and Moses) our centres will get a lot more quality ball and Jennings will also be better in attack.

I wouldn't pay $800k either, he is starting to get on in age.

it's commonly accepted centre is one of the positions you can "de"-prioritise along with wing.

if there's large figures tied up there it makes sense to re-allocate to more critical positions IF you have equivalent talent to replace, and in gutho i believe we definitely do.

Agreed, and with Semi going we need some quality strike out wide.

You can prioritise centre down the order, absolutely. But having two gun centres is a big advantage. We're also losing our major backline weapon in Semi.
