Sigh. That nospam47 thinks a certain group of stats (that you admit they got wrong) is how a players salary should be gauged doesn't make it accurate.Stats may of been correct but they don't really reiterate the point that Angus is worth 800k. I normally don't read any of nospam47' stuff but stats don't lie and I thought it was a very interesting article. I guess facts are silly..
No, it's your opinion and given you said Angus hadn't performed in the important stats (when he dominated the tackle busts and line breaks, meaning you don't think they're important) it's an opinion based in ignorance....and what nospam47 says.No second rower is worth 800k. I don't have to argue this point it's a fact
Now if you can get passed the idea that you thinking something makes it a "fact", we can have a logical debate.
Cameron Murray is likely to play lock next year and early indications from Anthony Seibold are that Sam will be playing second row in 2018.
So there's a second rower on 800k. Given that in his second year of NRL Angus pushed Sam for our player of the year award as well as near matching his stats (Sam 33 tackles, 140m to Angus' 31 tackles and 121m) as well as beating him in tackle busts and line breaks, I'd say the idea that he might be worth 800k in 2/3 years time is a definite possibility.
Take into account his leadership skills and the influence he has off the field, then you trying to tell people that it's a " fact" that he isn't worth that much makes you look very, very ignorant.
Especially when all you're basing it off is nospam47
