Eng B win against the odds.

No Stoakes. No Woakes. Against a team of 4 specialist bowlers.

Wow.

I'm shocked.

Hiney, please explain.

Surely bowlers don't need to score runs?

That's that. Curran bowled England to victory superbly. Terrible collapse by our guys such a choke.

Credit to Curran. Great bowling.
Back to the drawing board with this Aus team.
Smithy and Warner forgetting how to bat hasn't helped.

Got a quote to prove that?

He's no Mighty Chris Woakes that's for sure, he could keep to his own bowling he's that good.

Why are you comparing #8 Woakes to #7 Paine.

#8 runs aren't important, the tribe has already spoken. 4 best bowlers is where its at. Hiney said so - ya'll agreed. Tail end runs are sabermetrical - and Straya is a 4 best bowler country goddamnit.

I'd have Paine in my test team no fears but his strike rate and ability to score quickly to boost innings in the shorter formats negates his keeping skills.

He can keep the test job for now. But hopefully even our blind selectors can see he's not an ODI keeper.

Bloody hell, they're gonna go back to Wade in the ODI's.

they will groom Carey

ton of time and ODI to get him there before the wc

Lyon will be there as well. As well as either short or lynn maybe both
