Taka scored that try!! Don't get me wrong, I love Sivo, but A. Johns is a total gibberer.

The Dogs' problem is their salary cap, not the presence or absence of any given player. If they'd signed Tedesco they'd either now be subsidising him to play for another club or they would have an even worse team around him than the one they have around DWZ.

Remember the Tigers had Tedesco and never won more than 11 games in a season with him in their squad. His only career finals experience was in 2018 when he won the comp with the Chooks.

They still signed and subsidised Woods. Dessie basically did what Stuart did to us though so they should be as thankful to Des as we are to Stuart

With a new decade rapidly approaching, it's time to wonder which player will dominate the next 10 years. The panel of NRL.com experts have their say: Who will be the best player of the 2020s?

Many journo merkins picked the usual suspects, Ponga, Turbo, Haas etc.

However one great judge said....

The obvious ones are Kalyn Ponga, Tom Trbojevic and Payne Haas; those freakish youngsters are the hottest property in the NRL right now. So in the interests of going left-field, I'll say Mitch Moses. As a half, Moses at 24 is still a few years from reaching the age where halves really start to mature and dominate and there's no question the light switch has flicked on for Moses this year. He easily leads the NRL for try assists and kick metres with the most tackle busts of any No.7.
