You can put that Liddle try down to Brooks, the whole side standing still, Brooks sees Parra watching LL and runs for the gap, nice ball from Brooks and good support play from Liddle. Tigers need to turn players around in the tackle we are really ordinary wrestlers, Parra always have the third man in and turn the ball carrier around so he is facing his own try line, stops the quick play the ball. The remedy for this is for the tigers to go to ground quickly in the tackles instead of trying to stand. This will provide the quick play the balls we need.

So impressed by Seyfarth, fella tried his guts out in a beaten side, and you could see it was killing him. He’s a definite keeper that boy. Gonna be a hard nut when he grows up

Lucy pass mark in attack but missed 6 tackles and so did Walters, two blokes standing next to each other missing 12 tackles makes it hard to stop a team
From scoring points. Liddle three errors in crucial positions and 7 missed tackles had a game to remember. 14 errors, 9 - 4 penalty count, 49 missed tackles. The ref and a couple of errors in our own half cooked us in the first half and there was no coming back from it, Eels bashed us and our wrestle was completely ineffective, assisted by the refereeing, I might be one eyed but it seemed to me he let Parra slow down the ruck ad lib, but we got stung when we tried to do it.

Atkins,the video ref and Billy Waters set the tone for Parra to triumph, the sooner Waters is released to Brisbane the better.

Sounds weird, I’m not hugely disappointed. Literally everything that could go wrong did. Every call, every bounce, we just had nothing go our way.

the Walters selection was horrendous from Madge. He killed everything that came his way in attack and missed a stack of tackles for line breaks/tries

The worst part of the game was Brooks getting cited for a lifting tackle in the 79th minute FFS, he’ll miss a few weeks for that.

The club really needs to have a word with the NRL over Atkins, the last 2 weeks we have been completely and utterly smashed by him. I have no idea what half the 6 agains were for, they came from nowhere. 18-8 penalties/6 agains against. Keep in mind 2 of ours were from incidents that were sin bins, and how the hell weren’t they send offs?

Well just when I thought you couldn’t see a more one sided refereeing performance, that game proved it

the fact that we had to challenge 3 calls and got them over turned says it all really .

we got smashed in the injury department aswell, be interesting to see how many back up next week

Yes you can look at the game and say the WT made too many mistakes and miss tackles ,but these issues stem from the blatant bias of that cheating sack of sh#t with the whistle.

Despite getting smashed there was heaps to like. Seyfarth is a beast. Our young forwards are good. Brooks was pretty good.
