I found it strange that they announced Benji and Robbie as assistants, but gave the forward job straight to Benji.

I would have thought you would wait at least a bit to see which one was more capable first??

TBH I think he would be the better of the two, nothing wrong with being pissed off when you lose , because we all are surely?

Farah is no different from the rest of us. It is bad enough being a fan of this rabble and the anger that comes from watching them. How pissed would we all be if we gave all our blood sweat and tears to the joint and had to put up with all the passengers phoning it in over the years.

I would rather have someone angry and expressing that the current situation isn't good enough than having someone that just accepts how shit we are

I think Robbie has been a bit hesitant with his other business/s to commit. Benjis the name to hold onto players and if he pushed for the job it would have been hard to say no..I am pretty firm on Farrah being much less of a risk. As far as Robbie maybe ending up being distant from the players I say the further the better and deal with it. The last thing u want is a relationship that's too comfortable. Most if not all the really effective bosses have that distance from their employees and as Drinkwater described Payton, he is a bit intimidating and therefore keeps the players on their toes..

Seems to me there is a definite shift towards positivity at the Tigers. I know I am feeling excited about the future of the Tigers and it's been a long time since I last felt that way.
