I would have flown home for this but couldn't move Friday meetings around. Fuming that the NRL scheduled the Broncos home game vs them while they need to play at the Gabba because Suncorp is being used by the Womens soccer team.

Just imagine if these crowd figures maintain themselves right through to Origin. I wouldn`t be surprised if we then see Origin numbers getting back to their heyday.
Not to mention if the Queensland sides continue to do well, the club rivalry will definitely spill over into the State rivalry.

It is far too hot for rugby league tbh. I would rather the season ran through October and November rather than March, which is usually a hotter month anyway.

Souths first home game, we traditionally do better on Saturdays (though we get bugger all of em) due to our large regional and Sydney-wide following, and Manly are flying so hopefully some of their mob will make the trip too

There are about 1500 restricted view tickets.

I just think that whoever is in control of the ticketing at the Dolphins just doesn't understand that restricted view are released separately 9/10 for suncorp games. Sometimes tenants will release them with the standard tickets but it's rare.

True but if you totalled the years spent actually playing at the Sports Ground, Uncle Nick has a point, I guess.
