How good is it having these Queensland derby`s now. Must be even better if you`re a Queenslander.
I would have flown home for this but couldn't move Friday meetings around. Fuming that the NRL scheduled the Broncos home game vs them while they need to play at the Gabba because Suncorp is being used by the Womens soccer team. How good is it having these Queensland derby`s now. Curious, what was souffs home ground before Accor/ANZ stadium?
Just imagine if these crowd figures maintain themselves right through to Origin. I wouldn`t be surprised if we then see Origin numbers getting back to their heyday.just to add more stats

yeah March is now hotter than December, has been for years. March is crazy weather month - Brisbane floods last year was in March. It is far too hot for rugby league tbh. I would rather the season ran through October and November rather than March, which is usually a hotter month anyway.
Souths first home game, we traditionally do better on Saturdays (though we get bugger all of em) due to our large regional and Sydney-wide following, and Manly are flying so hopefully some of their mob will make the trip tooWhat makes you say it should be 25k+?
Redfern oval before thatSFS 1988-1999 and 2002-2005
why wouldn't they release them ?The Dolphins staff in charge of liaising with ticketek is useless. Restricted view have not been made available yet - and ticketek need to be instructed by them to release them. If they don't release them, I'll go with 48k.
Redfern was 1948-1987 and again in 1996 as a throwbackRedfern oval before that
what an intimidating ground that was to go too
Didn’t know about the sports groundRedfern was 1948-1987 and again in 1996 as a throwback
Before that was the Sydney Sports Ground from 1911-1947. Yes Uncle Nick, we've been at Moore Park as long as you!!!
a few showers Thurs - SundaySydney weather not looking good this weekend
A test of loyalty I say
There are about 1500 restricted view tickets.why wouldn't they release them ?
thats another 4000 tickets & another $160K in the Phins coffers
True but if you totalled the years spent actually playing at the Sports Ground, Uncle Nick has a point, I guess.Redfern was 1948-1987 and again in 1996 as a throwback
