The defence is diabolical, that last line break by Farnsworth is inexcusable. Almost unbelievably, the team has regressed this year, and it wasn’t coming off a high base.

When he made that break there was no one in defense to stop him just our 2 markers that missed the tackle.

It's all part of the post-BA clean-out. This year was always to be a wobble season, while Ryles assembles a squad he has somewhat if not fully chosen for next season.

Until then, our chosen 17 are going to be well under the equivalent value/skill etc that other clubs not having a clean-out can trot out. The cap money we are missing on field with (former) NRL players in Cup, sitting out contemplating their future, having headed to Superleague etc won't be made up until new fresh signings.

At least those fans whose blind hope put down our early season poor showings just to Moses' absence belatedly had their wake up call tonight.

We might even get through the whole Origin period with no-one selected - although they'd be welcome to take Penisini and make him unavailable for a few weeks, lol.

We looked fairly flat at times, line speed was poor at times.

we had enough opportunities, made 7 LB, not sure we made that many in a while. But it's offset by 10 errors.

thought the rookies did good, but Smith is playing to many minutes.

Drown should have kicked for JAC in our second last set. He looked to do it, but didn't.

If there are any scapegoating tonight, reckon it's Moses/Drown. They really didn't take "charge"

Yes it’s frustrating we’ve been in a position to win, but until our recruitment can fix our weak spots we’re a bottom 4 team. Can only hope we can keep building and that Mitch isn’t chosen for origin.

You blokes are kidding about Iongi. He has been good. That missed tackle on Herbie, Gutho would not have come within 20 metres of him.

Iongi took some pressure kicks tonight - in fact every kick put our back 3 under pressure. Dolphins were way better. We played the whole game from our own half. Our forwards were poor. Terrible.
