It's not just the Warriors, without Metcalf, Barnett and DWZ (you wouldn't think it means much until how terrible his replacement was), as if the Dogs and Raiders are not begging for an excuse to choke it up. Storm fair enough, but there's a lot of faith going around in basket case clubs.

I've no doubt if we win out we'll make the 4, one of these teams will wobble. It will be a good race if we keep winning, and we should.

Not this time.

They had their chance a few weeks back. They were a chance in that game.

Yes they blew 2 tries in first half and should of won.
Penrith should win but Parrra are capable of a suprise.

Capable but I don't see it.

This is the time of year where teams start to sink or swim. I think we are going swimming on Sunday.

The competition always begins post SOO, not just for us but for all sides in with a chance of the top eight or more importantly the top four.

The current top four have a huge leg up and realistically only the Warriors look to be in danger of dropping out given recent injury to key playmaker. I think the other three have basically locked up there top four positions.

I think all things considered if we can play well enough and secures enough wins to lock down a fifth or sixth place finish then we will have done as well as could be expected.

I
This is the Warriors run home:
Bye
Tigers (H)
Knights (A)
Titans (H)
Dolphins (H)
Bulldogs (A)
Dragons (H)
Titans (A)
Eels (H)
Sea Eagles (A)

We're 3 games behind. I don't see them losing 3 games here, and I don't see us winning all our games either.

Sure, they'll be worse for not having Metcalf, but they'll find a way to win ugly in a lot of these games. Whether it's Boyd or TMM (or both) steering the ship.
I do they have a huge injury toll and could drop a lot of games

Unfortunately origin took away Parras top 4 chance and a red hot crack at the title with Moses injury.

Before Origin we weren't a contender either!
We were giving away a dozen penalties, and leaking 30 points per game - sitting dead last on the ladder.
Yes but we are not parra just putting on there jersey reduces the talent of a player .they are destined to be in the premiership wilderness for the next 50 years
How sweet it is .the joy this brings me is abundant

Do you remember 2009?
Mate we where as good a chance as other powerhouses. Like the Tigers
But you never won a chance is that like the time you went to the brothel for a root 100% chance untill you got there and realised you forgot your wallet reducing your chance to 0%

We got up for the two big games against top 4 sides. Knowing this team, we're not going to be up for a big game this weekend and so we shouldn't. Just get it done, get the two points, get Nathan off the field and then get into a bit of a rhythm over the next month of soft fixtures.

Agreed. Probably scrappy again.

Like the Knights/Warriors matches its coming off a bye round. So whether we have SOO reps or not I'm feeling pretty confident. Prep should be good.

Was down on a few guys like Laurie and Schneider after the Knights loss but they bounced back well against the Warriors. Backing them to take that form into Sunday if they are required.
