Bennett cooked?
I'd say so. The old 'the game has passed him by' saying might even get thrown around soon.

To make it worse Kolomatangi could be gone for the season. 30-10, Penrith.

Earlier, the Sharks look to be having an uptick in form, 31-18 over the Roosters.

The injury toll is outrageous so I wouldn’t be writing him off for next season just yet. You’d want to be finding a better option than relying on Cody Walker to play lots of footy, but add him, Mitchell, Murray, Graham I’m just to name a few and they are a completely different proposition

I wouldn’t mind him adding a spoon to his resume though

Yeah, there's not many people wishing the spoon on Hasler but Bennett? Yes.

I'm much more comfy with Penrith making their run than I was a couple of weeks ago. Someone has to beat the Storm, remember!

Penrith is great tbh, as they improve everyone’s get the Willies

Pretty dumb of so many of us to say they couldn’t win…. I’m not confident but injuries etc permitting somebody has to beat them in a finals match, and that hasn’t happened for an awfully long time

Has been a good day of footy. Young fellas team had a win and he dotted down for 5 tries. Watched the club Grand Final qualifier in the afternoon, and this Raiders v Eels match has been a good watch

In expecting my enjoyable day of footy to end abruptly around 9.35pm

Canberra doing Parra was par for the course. Beave's son dotting down for five is nice!!

All eyes on the halves in this next one, Flanigan and Galvin...

Galvin gets the first laugh, in off a Crichton break. 16-8, Dogs. Halftime.

... overconfident Dogs tippers will be tightening up a bit now, Dragons have come out firing. 18-16, Dragons, 23 mins left.

...a bastard defensive mistake by Sloane in the very last minute allowed Canterbury to snatch an undeserved win, and a big phew! from the pack of Doggies tipsters.

In other news there's been some gastroenteritis in the Knights' camp, with a few of them missing their final training session.

All markers point to a comfortable Warriors win then. 😉

“Best teenager I’ve ever seen” - Don’t think so Gus

Gee it would be frustrating as a Dogs supporter knowing that Burton can produce uncatchable bombs, but very rarely hoists them up

They need time

But yeah, the Penrith B team isn’t convincing atm

Not watching but the commentary seems to suggest the Storm interfered with Garrick’s conversion???

Outrageous that a deliberate elbow to the head can be penalised, put on report and stay on the park, and the recipient can be ruled out with a Cat 1 HIA and you can’t use the 18th man

Feels like Melbourne will get it in the long run, but very pleasantly surprised by this performance so far. No frills undermanned pack really holding their own and defending hard

Ben Trbojevic is having a stormer of a game
