Cole and schneider were shithouse,thank God we signed 3 halfbacks and a 5/8.It didnt surprise me laurie had to set up a try we could have played till midnight with the other 2 and still wouldn't have scored.

Injuries seem to be the only concern. Both hookers went down HIA? Kenny is obviously our number 1 but it doesn't help having our depth tested there.

Also the Kiraz injury. If the Dogs aren't already in trouble then they are now. Montoya really shouldn't be a first grade option for the Dogs. Kiraz going down is going to hurt them.

Apart from Alamoti, Laurie and Patea there isnt much to hold onto with the reserves, Jesse M was ordinary but have seen him play better so happy if he gets a couple of years to prove himself. Glad to see the back of Schneider and Huth, Ivan's only flaw imo is his bench selection, picking either or both is insane to me..

Meh not an exciting game but some good efforts by likes of Laurie, Fale and Alamoti I suppose. I tipped Dogs by 20 so wasn't far off. If I was Storm or Raiders, I'd almost be keen to finish 2nd to play them at the moment because apart from Preston they weren't too good at all against a NSW Cup side.
I'm pretty certain we'll be finishing 7th or 8th but I would play at least a reasonably strong side next week so to be warmed up for the first sudden death final.

Sommerton went off with a cat 1, but Luke was cleared. Was one of a very short list of players who looked dangerous.

The Dogs look to be shot with or without Kiraz. They looked much better balanced with Sexton at 7.

To not go down by 60 or 70 against a top 4 team with our nsw cup team that had 3 hias and a sin bin is an incredible effort..

They all tried their hardest.. yes some dont have what it takes but they gave it their all amd you cant ask for more than that..

If fg 1-17 play with that much passion we'd be unbeatable
