Rumours and Stuff

Does anyone with information actually know if we are keen on Pezet? It’s all speculation as far as I can see.

I do not want to let Lomax go, I think him and Fox are both important moving forward.

If we want Pezet I’d be interested to know if true.

Dont have any insider info but braith has defs made it sound like he and ryles have had chats about it previously. Ryles probably also knows pezet a little from his time in the storm. The only problem i see is that Pezet is more of a halfback than 6. Running game seems a bit mid, passing game is alright (makes better reads than Joash at least) and his kicking game seems good. Im sure a halves partnership could work regardless but dunno if its worth the 650k? He is only 22 though but dunno how well his game complements Moses

I like Pezet as a player but as others have said he looks more of a genuine 7 and I don't think his game would compliment Moses that well.

We need a 6 who is a strong runner of the ball, can use his backrower and a good defender... someone like a 2022 Dylan Brown.

Ryles is in Dubai, probably signing up to coach the Dubai Deserts in the R360 comp for $5m a year.

That's why Ryles knew about Lomax's interest, he's signing him.

All good though, we'll get Adam O'Brien.
Fk id be in shambles if they both left

Moses misses out on the Kangaroo Tour (though i think he'll probably play the PM XIII)

Shame because on a rep level he deserves it over Cleary but was never going to happen.

Good for the Eels though that he'll get a full pre-season with Joash/Ryley/Talyn to work on combinations..

Kangaroos players by club

  • Panthers: Nathan Cleary, Isaah Yeo, Lindsay Smith, Dylan Edwards (4)
  • Broncos: Patrick Carrigan, Reece Walsh, Kotoni Staggs (3)
  • Storm: Harry Grant, Cameron Munster, Xavier Coates (3)
  • Roosters: Angus Crichton, Mark Nawaqanitawase, Lindsay Collins (3)
  • Raiders: Hudson Young, Ethan Strange (2)
  • Cowboys: Tom Dearden, Reuben Cotter (2)
  • Sharks: Blake Brailey (1)
  • Titans: Tino Fa’asuamaleaui (1)
  • Bulldogs: Jacob Preston (1)
  • Eels: Zac Lomax (1)
  • Knights: Bradman Best (1)
  • Rabbitohs: Keaon Koloamatangi (1)

Feel sorry for Moses because I think he deserves it, but selfishly this is the best possible news for Parra. Ensures we will have no excuses not to be primed round 1 next season.

I unashamedly love Lomax. I feel the same about Moses.

Both are critical to our season next year.

Moses f**king owes it to the club to knuckle down and perform like a leader for a change and put the “club” first for a change.

Let’s hope he does.
in a way i hope Moses doesn't get picked for SOO

Good for us

But how the hell is Hudson Young a walk up start for every rep side these days.

The bloke has done nothing at origin level after 6 games.

While his sin binning was harsh it was a turning point in that Brisbane loss and he did SFA to repay his team when he come back in if anything his crabbing across the field on 2 occasions cost fogarty FG positioning.

I hear Newcastle have a bloke who ticks all those boxes - we should make enquiries...

I, too, am a big Lomax fan.

He has a heart the size of Nathan Hindmarsh - you can't teach that.

While I agree to an extent, getting Pezet now also gives us the opportunity to develop Moses’ eventual replacement when he retires

Interested what others thought of nrl 360 tonight , summarising all agreed lomax has played his last game at parra and virtually said Pezet would be an eel
