Regarding Ryles, if we finish bottom four, is he under pressure, or he continues on his merry way, no using the exit of Lomax and brown who we knew he was leaving for a while as an excuse an that goes for injuries….Penrith have reinvented themselves constantly and have probably lost almost 3 gun teams over the years and they are odds on to win it again, so I ask what’s our excuse as most will have plenty hence the continual low grade seasons, recruitment etc …this is Ryles team know…. I think he needs to go at the end of the season along with his coaching staff and the usual suspects

And personally think it’s embarrassing when he constantly hits the glass when where beating teams in more strife than us, save the tapping for when it counts, because in my opinion we will be close to the spoon, that’s what happens when recruitment is is non existent and when we do its unwanted from other clubs, which we have many of already. Ionghi, papalli, kk, Samrani, Reilly , Doorey to mention just a few and then we continue Debelin, Kelly etc do they think we’ll be winning anything, the kicker is though the fans will turn up how rubbish we are, as long as they continue to show up

We lost D Brown and Lomax and replaced them with Pezet, Kelly and JDB lol.

Our squad was already dead set ordinary and we lost two world class players and replaced them with utter plod. Sam T is the best forward we have produced in over a decade and he's still not signed up long term. WTF are the front office doing?? Not their f**king jobs thats for sure.

If we lose Sam Tuivati, that will do me.

He's very obviously the bear forward at the club, and the best forward we have produced in such a long time...if we can't convince him to shun other offers, and stay, I'll totally give up the ghost with this clown show.

Imo, Ryles is safe - he's a rookie, he's still learning, and this playing roster is horrendous - it's literally bottom 4 stuff.

He needs support from the recruitment team.

This is Ryles team. He signed everyone in the squad except Paulo and Matto. It’s a first grade professional competition. We can’t keep using rookie as an excuse. He was a rookie last season. Not any more . He needs to deliver or get shown the door.

He has had some wins with older guys looking for a chance notably Fox and to a lesser extent due to his poor defense Walker (every club has these successes).

We made Koloamatagi an offer, and he signed elsewhere, indicating that Ryles sees the gaps in our roster that are glaring - I don't think the "this is his team" narrative holds much weight, when the recruitment team are useless.

He's under pressure, for sure, but the administrating teams should surely lose their jobs first...

I think if Bellamy or Cleary were the coach we would have the same record as at now but probably better for and against - our defense would be better.

Ryles needs to be more involved in the actual recruitment. Players are going elsewhere because of their coaches - Bennett, Bellamy, Cleary Robinson to a lesser extent. That is what the recruitment guys would be selling and Bellamy, Bennett & Cleary would not even need to be in the same room as the recruit - their phenomenal record speak for themselves.
Ryles record does not speak for itself. He needs to be in the room charming the recruit explaining how the club is going to do this and that.

Ryles should have sold his vision of the club to Lomax. It isn't a good look for Ryles that Lomax wanted nothing to do with the Eels after a season of being here. That said I acknowledge Lomax is as mad as a cut snake so I can forgive Ryles that one.

I would get a PR expert or a team of experts in to train those three how to answer press conference questions in a way that is all about selling the club to recruits.

He is just under the ordinary base-line amount of pressure that every coach other than Bellamy and Cleary are under. Everyone apart from those 2 needs to be getting results now.
