The Cowboys responded to this rumor:

"Johnathan has a contract with the Cowboys until the end of the 2010 season with no options or get out clauses."

So that rumor is impossible unless the Cowboys grant him a release, which I doubt will happen.

Id like to know how you figure that. CEO's are a pretty big party in contract negotiations. It just seems like poor business sense to write such a clause into someones contract, and leaves any club open to being destabilised in a short period of time. It sounds like a load of crap to be honest.
