Its a total f*cking embarrasment , that's what happened.

Imagine what the crowd would be if Knights management haven't cottoned onto the idea that using as many teenagers to dance on the field as possible means their parents buy tickets to the game to watch them...

My mum, who I'm starting to think is a feminist in disguise, even thinks those "cheerleaders" are a joke.

I mean, I'm young, they are probably closer to my age  But ffs, bring something legal back.

Disappointing crowd all in all, but as always, happy to be one of them.

I got a job now, so I will buy one at the start of next season.

Back in the day I used to have a K-League pass. When it first came out, I paid $5 at the start of the season and got in for free. Went up a bit to $25 and then I got too old for it so I stopped going to games after that. Last home game I went to was Knights v Raiders in 04

I don't know why the barred the serial pest. If he was around at least there'd have been 10,324 - well at least for the first few minutes of the game.

Wonder what sh*t he would of got himself into :D

A good way to promote a match in the future would be by saying Peter Hoare is going to be there. :D

I'd say there's been much colder games at Newcastle, but can't blame people for sitting at home today rugged up and thinking "well bugger that". Still, we usually get a few thousand more when there's a dismal forecast.

That's what I've been saying all year.
Yeah the crowd was rather disappointing but with the cold, rain, the cowboys going like busteds all year and us getting a hammering last week. You can see why the crowd was down. Still where's the passion gone? Goes to show who's a fan and who's a supporter.

As long as it doesn't hurt our gate-takings too much. On the positive side, hopefully a good chunk of the 8-9,000 missing would have been season ticket holders.

Jets fans won't care about that. No doubt the letters page of the Herald on Monday will be filled with tripe from dickhead Jets bandwagoners, spouting sh*t about rugby league being dead in Newcastle
