Only getting 28,500 odd to a major semi final on a dry night is an embarrassment to the game. out of town team or not.

Yeah dreadful crowd , although I think those pin heads at the NRL can't get it through their noggins that most people would prefer to have a game on Saturday night and the other one on the Sunday .....getting to the SFS on a Friday night after work would be as easy as hitching a ride to Mars with our sh*tty road and public transport system .

i started playing league at 6 kept on untill i was 23

am an absolute diehard roosters and nsw supporter

i was at the strom broncos game last weekend and i think the game i love deserves better then to get only 28000 to a major semi

regardless of the teams a major semi should be an event no matter who you go for

hell i probably go to 7 or 8 broncos games each year and i dont even like them!!

I think it was a fairly poor crowd.

Cronulla were one game from the grand final having never won one - surely this was a must attend game for even casual supporters of the team. I'm not having a go at those that turned up, but if there are only 25k casual+ supporters for a team in pretty much one of the biggest games of their history it doesn't auger well for the future.

Then again, the crowd for the warriors was about the same in similar conditions and circumstances. It just *feels* better because they filled the stadium.

Waaaaa waaaaa waaaaaa f**king waaaaaa, im sick of excuses and whinging about when the game is on, GET TO THE f**kING GAME YOU merkinS AND WATCH YOUR f**kING TEAM PLAY!!! WHENEVER THEYRE ON!!!

It seems like the only time you wouldnt get an excuse for a sh*t crowd is if the game was played in everyones backyard!!

I dont care if you had to come after work (at 7:30!!!!) just suck it up and get there, sit in a sh*tty seat, sit in the rain/snow/tornado, pay too much for sh*t food and watch your team in a PRELIM FINAL
