Tottenham Hotspur V. Arsenal at White Hart Lane

Monday 9th February

First Round was a 4-4 draw with Spurs getting a draw with 1 minute to go in extra time.

Bring it on.

Andrei's signing will lift the team imo.

2-0 to the Arsenal.

FFS, im sick of derbies being on a Monday morning.

I wouldn't expect too much from AA

It took Pav half a season to get used to the EPL, so I would expect AA to peak early next season

hopefully he dont peak this weekend, wouldn't be too surprised to just see him play the last 10 minutes

I don't think AA will play tbh. The Russian season ended in November, his match fitness would be below par right now. Not to mention zero "EPL match fitness" too - keep in mind he's only 5'8.

Although, imagine scoring the winner V Spurs in his debut. He'd have a statue up outside Emirates within a week.

Half time nil-all

Ref is a joke and sent off Eboue

Ade = injured and Eduardo is on the AFC bench

Palacious has been a good buy for us, apart from that, bit of an average game

Very impressed by Palacios tbh, surely he got the MOTM? Almunia would be my second pick.

I love Emmanuel Eboue. You never know what he's gonna do next!

I thought the referee had a great game. Have to love Arsene Wenger crying about the "disallowed goal". He does know that the whistle had gone and Tottenham stopped playing before Eboue put the ball into the net, doesn't he?

When WILL Spurs beat Arsenal in an EPL match again? They had it served to them on a silver platter this morning and still couldn't find a goal!
