I dont agree with the fact that the Storm are kept alive by the financial owners of the game.

And the fact that they are based In a part of Australia where it is vital for News LTD that the game is successful and grows.

How do they get away with this???


How people can just take this on the chin and accept it is beyond me.....

So to clear this up - I AM NOT SAYING that there is any implication of cheating by the officials !!!!

The facts are -

1. The Storm ARE and HAVE BEEN the best team in the world for the last 6 years.
2. News Ltd DOES fund them.
3. The officials ARE employed by News Ltd.
4. The have a seige mentality that assists them in tight games.
5. They have a good coach.

AGAIN - I state that there is no way that the storm has ever been assisted by any official (both on the field or in the video umpire chair) unfairly in a game of rugby League. The fact that the officials are paid by News Ltd is purely and utterly coincidential as are the statistics that often point to one team getting more decisions on suspect tries as benefit of the doubt tries and another team getting way under the average.

What teams stand on their on 2 feet without getting money from somewhere??
If it wasnt for Rusty souths would be stuffed, if it wasnt for Delmege and Penn Manly would be stuffed, if it wasnt for Watson the Warriors would be stuffed If it wasnt for the various leagues clubs most Sydey teams would be stuffed, Every team get money from somewhere.

If Rusty wants to give souths $1 or $40 million per year good on em and if news wanna give $1 or $40 million to Melbourne good on em i couldnt care less, they can give them as much money as they please after all it is they're money they can do what they like with it.......

You aren't the only ones with juniors guys in fact, you have been sitting on a goldmine for 30 years and haven't won a title, what a waste. And if it does happen it will be because of a recruited coach and recruited players.

You breed your own success what bullsh*t, Jamie Soward? bred? I would say any success you have had so far has come from him and if you manage to win the big one this year it will be mainly due to players brought in like him, Smith, Boyd and Fien.

I refuse to accept that NRL fans just let these facts blow over their head???

whether we percieve no foul play has occured or not, the game shouldn't be comprimised by having it put in a position where the risk of it happening are high, and not only that they are in front of our face!
