it's good to see our most potent back row named. whether zeb is suited to the way our lock plays or not... we've certainly got our most talented 3 in 11 -> 13 this week.

not sure if they'll run out like this or whether hilder will drop to lock and de gois will start. it seems stone learned his lesson of the finals last year too damn well... he's certainly being very cautious with anyone who has a slight question mark over them... and to be hoenst i prefer this approach to rushing people back in underdone. we have the depth, so while it's available we should use it.

Manly have let teams run them down two weeks running now.

Just stay in touch around halftime, they'll give you guys the win in the second half if they stay true to form.

Same game last season we looked like we were going to utterly smash them then we fell asleep. Anything can happen. Being a knight supporters is heart attack inducing stuff a times. Our talent is not in question. Our player smarts are at times. More grind and less flashy play will get us home comfortably.

he hasn't looked right, either.

lulia will hold his own... but we're really starting to look crippled under this injury toll now. can't take too many more.

few blokes due back easter monday, though.

Stone said he has been in full training for a while, and is seeing a specialist next Wed to get full clearance to be available for selection for the Easter Monday game.

Gidley
Sau
Cross
Rogers
Karawana
McManus
Vuna

Not to mention the guys not fully fit - De Gois, Taia, Faas, probably Tolar.

The good news is that we are going OK with a big injury toll.

Great news. Kids returns not long after that and then we can really give this comp a shake.

So we have out:

Four of our first five picked outside backs(Gidley, Sau, Vuna, McManus)
Ben Rogers who could quite easily be playing tomorrow if fit especially given Dureau's averageness.
Our best prop.

On top of losing Houston and Wicks.

Our depth this year really is impressive.

And so could this guy if we had the sense to sign him. A spare 200-300 K just sitting in the bank and we probably didn't enquire or pick up the phone to his manager. All is fair in love and war and that includes signing halfbacks who could potentially be like fellow returning offenders Carney and Bird in their impact. Talent does not necessarily die with time away from the NRL. Carney and Bird are showing that already.

Bird has shown very little so far, though having said that I expect him to come good.
