Agreed...you don't get a player too often who you have to sell allot of good players to keep who then abandons your team...twice!!!

King has had a spate of injuries and Rein stepped up last year. I think you need to get your facts straight.
So whose your preference for coach? Enlighten us.
Hence "most" of last season. Rein was probably the best last year. Fein, while being a handy hooker, comng off the bench in front of King was the kind of sick joke only super coach:shock: could pull on Dragons fans. I would be in favor of a caretaker coach (Brian Smith comes to mind but there are many other possibilities) for the remainder of this year. Why not? Does anyone believe super coach  is working out for the Dragons???
Anyway, I'm just stating my opinion. Feel free to ignore it if you like but no need to take umbrage.

For Price supporters; just imagine how well our team could perform with a good coach! I'm sure we would be in the top eight for sure.

Yes we need Bennett back asap. Look what he's done with Newcastle. That's what we need!

Well tbh at the Dragons his coaching was dinosaur like, his selections we boring (Prior/Scott at Centre for example), our attack was terrible (unentertaining except for that we won games).. and we struggled to score enough points to win games (if it didnt go to plan), and rarely did we put teams away.I thought we had Robles, but in Knightsland Forumn, they basically one step away from storming the coaches box and dumping Bennent for being old, out of date tactics, poor player recruitment, lists goes on, my god, that's the supercoach!
Brian Smith lol.

But Wayne's man management skills and ability to pick average players to lift & do a job for him.. its legendary and id take him any day of the week, and I dont write Newcastle off at all longer term and injuries willing.
But Wayne is definitely a different generation of coach, the younger guys like Bellamy or Hasler are far more tactically minded, as much as we hate the wrestling tactics etc, the Storm are always leading with the most current style of football that everybody else tries to emulate, its a smart coach behind that team, always reinventing their gameplan, I love that Innovation.. always riding the wave of change.
Souths/Rorters coaches I dont want to comment on because I feel like they were blessed with dumb amounts of talent, but they do look promising and sound intelligent/tactical in interviews (unlike our ol'boy pricey).

Definitely a lot of wins are due to the quality of player.. but the biggest thing I notice that makes for champion clubs is the management of those lesser named players.Comon, It's not like Bennett, Hasler and Bellamy haven't been blessed with a dumb amount of talent. Look at the Broncos players Bennett had, look at the big 3 Bellamy has, look at the Manly team Hasler had, and the talent he has in the doggies side.
Geee, i will always remember Gasnier as the Superstar centre faithful who came back because he wanted to play with his beloved Dragons...
