BS is not my first choice, but I really don't get the animosity towards him (I get that the bloke can rub players up the wrong way). The guy took a basket case of a squad, and finished with a 57% winning record and several finals appearances. And I don't buy the 'choker' rubbish....sometimes you're not the best team on the day. I would prefer someone without a previous association with the club, but would have no complaint if they hired him or his brother.
