    The wolfman

I've got no problem with either of them as long as they play with some passion. guess that's the difference. if they do and they're not up to origin ... well then it's in the lap of the selectors to fix.

Trent Barrett laughing at unconscious opponent

I'm with you. barrett was geeing up hodges, not laughing at pricey. remember when barrett was stretchered off against the dragons with possible spinal damage? if he laughed at pricey after that he's a sociopath.

    Jonathan Thurston

I know what you mean but the argument doesn't necessarily work. players have done much worse things than what JT does, even tho it had no hope of getting them the ball or stopping a try or winning a game. eye gouging, wheel-grabbing, you name it. it's hard to say either way. but I'm...

    Poore should be cited

never thought I'd say this but I AGREE WITH CAM SMITH. he was stupid, not a 'dog'. I'm so impressed smith isn't frothing at the mouth over it like inglis.

    thurstons "accident"

I'm with johnsy ... it's inevitable that you're gonna bas some of your opinion on players' past form as well as the incident. no way I'm buying that thurston's kick was a 'reflex'

    The wolfman

I actually did defend mcmanus ... not that it was needed after he was injured. and it the selectors were fooled just by a beard, then it's the public and the selectors who did it, not him. I find the whole wolfman schtick just embarassing more than anything.

um when did everyone decide waterhouse was a grub? I've never seen him do anything grubby. I don't think I've even read anyone on here claiming he did. what the?

Trent Barrett laughing at unconscious opponent

I was wondering about that! I watched it at my parents so I didn't record it. I really wanted to go back and see what actually happened. I believe your version more than everyone else who watched it in real time (including me)

    Watmough!~~

well that's the thing - I think in origin in particular where there's less ref involvement and the game is faster, you need really mobile forwards. I think watmough and his ball-running was the perfect example of how much of a difference it can make. don't you reckon?
