    Sehwags technique is prettty horrific, but he doesn't dangle his bat 2 metres away from his body, or poke and prod at wide deliveries. He either takes a big dirty swing or lets the ball go, so when he gets lucky he can make a big score.

    I wouldn't compare Hussey to Steve Waugh at this stage, but he is certainly a better batsman than Mark Waugh. Probly didn't have the talent and gracefull style M. Waugh did, but he is far more consistent and not prone to the very loose shots Mark Waugh used to get out to.

    Mark Waugh averaged 40, Hussey averages over 75, Hayden is IMO a better opener than Slater was and Ponting is a better batsmen now than he was back then.
