    naa Kennedy is still here..training away with the boys. Depth in premier and flegg are looking pritty damn good...hopefully we dont have to handle too many injuries... I doubt they'll move Hinton from fullback either..their grooming him for that spot...they were putting seage in centres...

    OO and Antonius...The knights would have improved under hagan had the facilities been sh*t loads better..No coach can improve a team when they have no Massager, Physio, rehab officer, ice baths, ...basically around the clock service....cant improve a team whem most of them are in a make-shift...

    Knights players have called for reduced training throughout the week, they fear that the amount of work ther doing is going to cause injuries again throughout the year. Their call has been backed up by performance conditioners Scotty Dixion and Bill Peden, Rehab Officer Adrian Rummel massage...
