    We Need An Established Halfback

I can see you're still a little raw...and can't take anyone disagreeing with you. My argument, that you don't rate as convincing, is still 100% fact. How many did Lui play? I'm sure you'll be able to trawl up that stat pretty quickly. Any experience is better than none. That won't show...

    We Need An Established Halfback

I'm afraid it isn't that simple. I agree that Moltzen only got moved due to Gallant's injury. But, Hanbury played several games at Full Back in first grade. Lui had played NONE at half back in first grade. Hanbury may not have played a "fair few" games, but he'd played infinitely more than...

    Goalkicking

It's easy to say "we should have kept Hodgo" and "he wanted to stay" but he wanted to stay on the same/better money than he was on. Who would we get rid of to pay for Hodgo's return then??? Benji? Robbie? Ellis and one other forward? Fact is we do need to find another Goal Kicker as I think...

    We Need An Established Halfback

Possibly...but I hope not! I was never a one-eyed supporter of Gallant but he was good enough in his games this year to give him the 1. Then, it's his to keep or lose based on his form. He certainly showed he's got the defensive mustard when he ran down Bowen...that still makes me smile!

    We Need An Established Halfback

Moltzen should definitely be our half back next year. He is a half back. He organises, he has a solid kicking game, he's not afraid of running the line. Plus, being so quick, it offers a non-conventional HB aspect to his game. I think Sheens view must be that he is a good support player and...

    28 points enough

    Telecrap had the figures today... Best Case/Worst Case 0 Wins = Miss/Miss 1 Win = 6th/Miss 2 Wins = 4th/Miss

    Gibbs downgrade unsuccesful

Wasn't the Thurston-dog-act-kick-in-the-face where the 8-point try in Origin was awarded? But, on the Gibbs effort, Slater pulls this sh*t every week. But, if you're not associated with Bellamy, Bennett or the annointed fairytale team (ie. Parra) you get made an example of.

    WTF WT / Dane Laurie

I'd love for Laurie to develop some footballing skills (rather than just being 110kgs of predator-looking power) but he shouldn't be considered a replacement for Gibbs. Laurie should be a bench player and developed as such. Just like Fui Fui was. Give him small spells (15-20 minutes) and he'll...

Kicking dead intentionally - Steve roach bagging Robbie

Farah had a pretty sh*t game (relative to his norm). Everyone has bagged Gibbs but I thought he was really solid for us. He got penalised, but so do plenty of props! Benji (aside from the much-maligned mid-field bomb) had a great game. Lui was crap. He left his great kicking game behind when...

    Changes

Gibbs has almost never been singled out for positive raps in post-match interviews. Benji gave him a nod for his line speed and playing 65 minutes straight. I have to say, it was one of his best games all season. The dude is a whinger and, often, a gift wrapped penalty. Incidentally, in...

    f**king brilliant!

Not sure how his game has progressed during the stint in the UK but if he has developed his "front on" defence he could be an interesting super-sub replacement for JoMo (BUT NOT IN THE HALVES!!!). Similar build and Fitzy was always a 'tard winger but had really powerful thighs/hips. I'd be...

    Yes, according to today's MainGame.

    Marshall off the Bench

Agree not to try and "out-muscle" Parra and we shouldn't play defensively per se. But, in the first 20-30 minutes the mindset should be "disciplined play" (well, main focus for the first part but present during the whole game!). Don't force passes, don't try to "money-ball" every 5th tackle...

    Team to play the Eels

Mateo is playing off the bench according to "inside sources" cited by the TeleCrap. Sizeable and skilful impact off the bench. Hopefully he'll have one of his famous mistake-a-thons rather than a blinder on his return.

Look out guys! They're dangerously close to stringing together coherent sentences, applying correct grammar and using well-worn quotes without error! Unless you're trying to imitate your name-sake by inferring that English is your second language, thereby making errors acceptable.
