Y.N.W.A Thread III: Enter 'The Normal One'

Not at the price we paid and Roma wanted. I think Chelsea would’ve backed off the moment they heard what it would’ve taken. Courtois seems to be going so they’ll probably need a keeper but I don’t think they’d splash as much as we did on one. If hazard goes they’ll need some coin to replace a...

Match Discussion: Round 19 vs Sea Eagles @ Lottoland

Hate playing manly at brookvale, so many bad memories there. Hoping for a 2015 like performance from us when we absolutely blitzed them. The defence is going great guns, hopefully that continues and lets the attack start to come together a little more.

Call it the Salah Tax. Thankfully it’s not my money

Essentially we’re paying Roma 100m for Salah and Becker if we get him. Got a fantastic deal for Mo and paying a motza for Becker. Somewhat evens itself out. Fingers crossed we can get it over the line now with the medical to take place. Get it wrapped up nice and quickly I hope. Apparently...

Not overly, rounded up all the big sides ins and outs that he knows of.

    2017/18 Champions League

Yeah who really knows tbh. I listened to an ed2 podcast updating the current window the other day and he slightly touched on bale.

Big bucks but he’s potentially a long term keeper so it could be a good investment. If we manage to snag Becker and Fekir to go along with Keita, Fabinho and Shaqiri then it’s as good a window as I can remember for LFC. Depth added, midfield and keeper upgraded. Just need to hope they all...

    2017/18 Champions League

I’ve read on other sites that bale doesn’t seem to be in Madrid’s long term plans and has already been offered to MU. Potentially Spurs is an option as well but surely he would be far too pricey for most sides given the risk you run with his injury record.

    2018 R18 Sun - Titans 12-20 Roosters @ Cbus Super

Cook is fantastic but Smith is still better by a long way.

    Semi Finals

It’s essentially a golden boot race between Messi and Ronaldo these days, with CL title swaying it either way.

    Quarter Finals

Absolutely, Southgate has done a fantastic job so far. So much more likeable than Fat Scam and Woy Hodgson as well.

    Quarter Finals

Rio Ferdinand commented on it last week saying in the England camp he wouldn’t give anything away to the other squad members. Didn’t want the domestic rivals getting an edge on him or united and the others were the same, LFC boys sticking together, CFC lads doing the same. It’s very strange...

Germans got what they deserved this World Cup. Just a terrible brand of football to watch. Löw is gone surely. Werner was terrible today, got into the box so kuch and didn’t register a shot on target that I can remember.

YeH true, tho I think the speed at which Senegal and Colombia hit on the counter will worry the English. Getting at that back 3, particularly the way Colombia can do it with Quintero, James and Cuadrado I think will have the English playing a little cautious.

I’d be more pleased as an England fan with the style of play. Again granted it’s only Panama but they still pumped them. Lovely set piece set up for stones second. Have to see how it fares against the better teams

I get what your saying and I’m sure some are over reacting but getting out of the group stages is akin to them winning something.

I think they have cause to celebrate a 6-1 win to be fair with some lovely football played. Can only beat what’s put infront of you.

The Panama blokes have lost the plot big time. The second penalty given legit had about 50 different fouls that could’ve been given. Lovely goals to Lingard and the set piece play for stones sencond. Sterling should’ve buried it tho.
