    2015/16 Champions League

Should they ever win it he'd be praising it. My goodness this bloke is dense. Last I heard regarding the super league is that it'll only have clubs from the 'top 5' of Europe - Spain, Germany, England, Italy & France

    Central Coast Bears NRL Bid.

Wests Magpies have first and last rights to purhcase Balmain's stake in the venture so they will never have the Wests Tigers be sold to another consortium.

    Ron Massey Cup/Sydney Shield 2016

re: Finals System A top 8 system with 13 sides is woeful. Top 6 or top 5 would be much more prestigious and rewarding of the form sides in the competition.

    2015/16 Premier League

I await the gooner fans explanation for when they bottle the league once more. Leicester still the best shot but I legit think Spurs can give it a big crack. Relegation is a tasty battle as well. Who knows eh. Would be amusing if Newcastle & Sunderland went down and Middlesbrough came up.

    Central Coast Bears NRL Bid.

RL and sport in general is dead on the Gold Coast. They've had FOUR chances now to setup a team there, all doomed. Capitalising on the existing base is great business. North Sydney Oval would be amazing to watch a game at again. No place like home.

    2015/16 Champions League

It's the attitude of gooner fans that make me hate the club more and more, and revel in their constant failures. Rather than trying to, you know, win the game they just fold and get run over.

    Central Coast Bears NRL Bid.

BUMP Well well well, read in the Herald today that North sydney officials are keen as mustard to purchase the Titans licence and see them re-branded the Gold Coast Bears, splitting home fixtures between Robina, Gosford and North Sydney. I'd absolutely adore for this to happen.

    WCC news

Roosters will do St Helens, Cowboys will belt Leeds, so it's up to Wigan to fly the English flag. If it's wet they should grind it out. 2-1 to the NRL this season. NRL won't do the series in February because of the heat. 8pm kickoffs would counter that but w/e. For those who a) don't have GEM...

    Ron Massey Cup/Sydney Shield 2016

True but surely they can learn said skills in the shield comp where they aren't just competitive but can gain a sense of winning. The RMC has the potential to be a very formidable 3rd-tier comp but with an opposed bye in Kingsgrove on the fixture list it loses its quality.

    2015/16 Champions League

Tie is in Chelsea's favour for mine, the away goal being so crucial. Terry should be fit for the return leg and the home advantage could work wonders. It's odd as the games between the two are great. Would love them to be in the same group next time (unlikely next season because, well, you know...

    Ron Massey Cup/Sydney Shield 2016

The NSWRL need to have a good long look at themselves in regards to the Kingsgrove Colts team. The comp is a joke whilst they continue to take part in the RMC, regularly being belted with ease. What hope do those players have in gaining confidence getting toweled up each week? They belong in the...

    2015/16 Premier League

Leicester's sole advantage is that Arsenal still have to play Spurs & City if I'm not mistaken. That can give them some leverage. They must take 6 points from West Brom and Norwich though. I'd hate to say it but them spuds are looking the goods. Would much prefer them to take our title than the...

    2015/16 Premier League

5-1. Great to see but it's only Newcastle. Europa spot isn't that far out of reach. Arsenal will beat Leicester and Wenger's nonsense will continue. City will still win the title. Villa, Sunderland & Norwich to go down, Newcastle escaping barely.

I could see Wigan taking the Broncos. It'll be close that's for sure.

    Ron Massey Cup/Sydney Shield 2016

Wests lost to Canberra at Kirkham today, 18-30. Raiders played really well and Wests definitely need to lift if they're going to be competitive. They did have a few not playing so maybe that's the reason.

    2015/16 Premier League

So this thread has gone very quiet. Has everyone disappeared? Leicester are STILL up there. Sensational form reversal from last season. Their credentials come down to the next 2 weeks away at the Etihad and Emirates. Come away from that with a buffer of points and you'd be crazy enough to dare...

    Ron Massey Cup/Sydney Shield 2016

Seriously? Like, seriously? Dayne Craig will be welcomed back with open arms as he was a HUGE loss for the Mighty Maggies (2014 RMC player of the year) and Mullaney has always been a huge talent from his days at Gregs. I'm very, very happy with this due to my personal connection to them.
  18. Tigers1986

    2015/16 Premier League

Spurs will find some way to bottle a 4th spot finish. Arsenal will bottle it as well. It's City's title to lose still. Leicester could really shake it up depending on the next run of fixtures. If they can maintain the 3-point gap or even extend it a little, they'd be well in with a shot given...

    2015/16 Premier League

No matter how bad Chelsea are going, it's always nice to know that we can be assured of our token 3 points against the hapless Gooners. If Leicester are to mount any legitimate shot at the title, they need to take at least 4 points from the City/Arsenal fixtures and defeat Liverpool. Given how...
